Located on the 5th floor of a residence (with elevator), it has in particular covered pay parking, direct access to the slopes, heating. It has all the necessary comfort:
- 1 kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, raclette, coffee maker, toaster, etc..
- 1 dining room for 5
- 1 pull-out bed and 2 bunk beds in the sleeping area, 1 sofa bed in the living room

Bonjour, Je suis désolé de voir qu'il y a eu un malentendu sur la réservation des draps et du linge de maison, mais ce n'est stipulé à aucun moment dans l'annonce. Je viens de vérifier et je n'ai justement pas valider cette option. Nous avions installé un rideau de douche mais des locataires l'ont cassé. Pour l'odeur de cigarettes dans le couloir de la résidence, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas être tenus responsables car ce sont les parties communes. Nous prenons néanmoins vos remarques en considération pour essayer de progresser et de satisfaire un maximum de personnes.

Une semaine à 3 pour le ski

La vue du levé et couché du soleil sur le Mont Blanc est tout simplement magnifique. La cuisine a été récemment rénovée, très pratique et agréable à utiliser. Il y a absolument tout niveau ustensiles de cuisine, couvert, casserole etc... ce qui change des locations où il n'y a que le strict minimum ! La salle de bain est un peu plus vieille mais fonctionnelle, ça n'a pas été un problème pour nous. On peut sortir directement les skis aux pieds et accéder au reste de la station grâce à un petit téléski. Il y a possibilité de déposer les bagages juste au pied de l'immeuble, et de parquer la voiture gratuitement grâce à une navette. Nous étions 3 mais loin d'être à l'étroit ! Pour conclure, chouette appartement avec une magnifique vue et très fonctionnel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix !

Dans l’ensemble très satisfait ,studio bien équipé et fonctionnel . Ski au pied de l’immeuble. Vue bien dégagée sur la montagne. Seul bémol,le soleil ne donne jamais dans l’appartement donc terrasse inutile.

Dommage que les locataires précédents n’ont pas effectué le ménage !! Il devrait y avoir une vérification de faite avant la location... un rideau de douche serait le bien venu !!! Pour les draps du canapé il serait souhaitable d’indiquer les dimensions, ceux sur places sont très sales... Appartement fonctionnel et adapté pour 5 personnes de nombreux rangements apporté du positif...

Really great apartment with ski in/out, easy to find and well-equipped. Only negative or recommendation is that there needs to be a shower curtain as the water from the shower gets on the floor easily.

Practical flat with amazing view!

We had a great week although we couldn’t ski for the first couple of days as there was too much snow, meaning Arc 2000 lifts were shut & road down to 1600 was closed. Our arrival was more complicated than should have been as keys & inventory/instructions didn’t arrive before we left. Instead, had to collect keys from helpful concierge Sylvie but hard to find conciergerie unless you’re familiar with layout of Arc 2000. View from flat was amazing once it stopped snowing & we could see it. Lots of storage space for all 4 of us. Lovely to have duvets, a dishwasher & also a bath to relax muscles at end of each day. Bunk beds fine for our (grown up) kids & pull-out double bed also comfortable but bring v big/stretchy base sheet (superking?) Fantastic skiing all week & very practical flat to come back to. Would happily stay there again.

Merci pour votre appréciation. Nous avions un rideau de douche avant mais nous le retrouvions régulièrement à moitié moisi car certains locataires ne prenaient pas soin de bien le tirer à leur départ et il restait mouillé plusieurs jours parfois ; d'autres le mettait en dehors de la baignoire et toute l'eau coulait dans la salle de bain et elle restait très très humide. Nous avons donc décidé de tenter sans, et pour l'instant, cela est plutôt positif dans l'ensemble même s'il faut faire un peu plus attention lors de sa douche, la salle de bain est plus saine et moins humide. Désolé malgré tout pour le désagrément. David

Warm, comfortable & a fantastic view

This apartment was well equipped, clean and actually quite spacious for a family of three. The kitchen is perfectly functional, and hot water is plentiful and strong. Storage is excellent. There are only a few things that stop this being 5 star. The apartment is a bit out of the main resort area, and to ski near to the entrance or up to the nearest button lift requires a bit of faffing and walking uphill, so if you forget anything it’s quite a trek. On arrival, the area to unload is quite small and fed by a single track so I would hate to have to do this during peak times (we arrived late so it was fine). It might also be useful to have a proper oven, and definitely a shower curtain of some sort! That aside, the owner was prompt in answering all questions and sent the key in plenty of time as promised. If it was a touch closer to the main square we would 100% book again. The view from the balcony was simply fabulous.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, appartement très bien situé au sein de la station Arc 2000, bien équipé (manque juste un rideau de douche pour la baignoire)... L' espace dédié au matériel de ski est très pratique (râteau, étagères, boites à chaussures...) Le canapé neuf est confortable et spacieux. Jolie vue. Le propriétaire à notre écoute et réactif pour répondre à nos questions.

Situé au pied des pistes, départ et retour possible jusqu'à la porte de l'immeuble. En face du parking "Mont Blanc" dans le même immeuble que le Club Med. Appartement de taille confortable pour 4 personnes, 5 lits dont un lit 2 places, donc 6 places disponibles. Bien équipé. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Navette au pied de l'immeuble pour Arc 1950 et 1600 et le funiculaire pour Bourg St Maurice.
