Wake up to sea grass and sand at this 2100 sq ft Custom built, designer appointed beachfront cottage oasis !!! Set steps from the sandy beach and calm waters of the ever changing Siletz Bay in a quiet neighborhood in a quaint community of homes. Its a perfect place for a romantic weekend, a family vacation or a girls get-a-way.

Every window has a view! Whether watching the wild-life, the rushing waters at the mouth of the Pacific Ocean or the city lights of historic Taft coast-line, You will enjoy the serene feeling of being in a special place! Furnishings are cozy and comfortable, beginning with heated floors through out. Custom stained concrete floors as you enter provide easy,relaxed access into the 1st of two gathering areas. Furnished with a large sectional and 46' Hi definition flat screen... perfect for movie watching, our relaxing after a soak in the hot tub !

The master suite and one of two other bedrooms are also on the 1st level. Master suite has a plush queen size bed and view from all windows. The on-suite bathroom is wall to wall travertine,with double sinks, a custom stone and glass block deluxe shower complete with rain head, and body jets.

Second time staying at this beautiful house & loved it again! House is very clean with all the amenities. Hot tub & fire pit with access to Siletz Bay were huge pluses! Only down-side is proximity of neighboring homes not allowing for complete privacy. We would stay here again though as we love the house & oceanfront beaches are just a short walk away.

What an amazing place to stay in Lincoln city!We arrived tired from a long drive to the coast and immediately got a second wind after checking in because the place was just as described.Beautiful and clean house, views were spectacular. Our host was quick to respond to a question I had the next day.Our family enjoyed walking the beach ,flying kites and relaxing on the deck.We had strong winds the first 2 days we were there but there was so much to do that it didn’t matter too much! Wonderful place to stay!

Anniversary getaway!

My husband and I celebrated a child free anniversary in this amazing home. The views were spectacular, the home is so cozy and inviting. I loved cooking in the kitchen and watching the sunset. Everything was in order for us to have a relaxing visit with good proximity to explore the northern and mid Oregon coast. We even completely got to see some whales. Fantastic home with amazing views!

Wow, what a beautiful home! The views were so great. We sat and watched the tides roll in and out. So many creatures to see and the provided binoculars were helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the shower downstairs is the best one I’ve ever used! Going from the relaxing hot tub then into that shower? Heaven. I’m so refreshed! We will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us stay at your fabulous home!

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home and fully stocked. I thought it was on the beach but it was the bay. Couldn't see the ocean waves at all. That was the only disappointment.
