Escape to our spacious coastal home in Avoca Beach on the Central Coast, NSW (only 90 minutes from Sydney). Our bright, family friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a cruisey stroll from Avoca Beach and shops.

Enjoy the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen cooking and relaxing with friends and family. Whilst still escaping to the privacy of your room and private en suite in 2 of the bedrooms.

With multiple chill out zones you can enjoy time together or escape for some peace and quiet.

The space
If you’re staying with a large group of family or friends our generous home will accommodate you. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms configured as below:
• Spacious Master bedroom (King bed) with double shower ensuite
• Bedroom 2 (King bed) with ensuite
• Bedroom 3 (Queen bed)
• Bedroom 4 2 x single bed (bunk beds)
• Main bathroom with shower and bath

Our well equipped family home comes with all the amenities to enjoy your stay. Whether as a family with kids or a group of friends we’ve got you covered. For those culinary stars amongst you our kitchen comes equipped with all the cooking utensils you can desire with large groups in mind – complete frypan and saucepan set, cast iron cookpot, picnic set, utensils, crockery and cutlery for both kids and adults.

Our level yard outside is perfect for enjoying a summer bbq or rugging up by the outdoor firepit. With plenty of space for big and little kids alike to run around there’s every excuse not to leave.
