Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the our second time visiting this property. We found everything to be clean and in good working order except for the Comcast TV remotes that need replacement. The beach, restaurants, Long Boach Village and Long Boat Key ingeneral were beautiful as always. We had a fun and relaxing time, and enjoyed hanging out with people we had met on our previous visit in 2022.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Longboat Village Getaway for a month this winter. The village of Longbeach is lovely, quiet and a great place to walk or bike with little traffic. The beach is only a couple blocks away. There are also nice restaurants within walking distance.The appliances in the kitchen (dishwasher, washer, dryer) are old and noisy. Kitchen lighting is poor and there is but little counter space for meal prep. The house wasn’t clean. When we moved in, there was long dog hair hanging out of the furnace filter grill and some stuck to the dining room chair legs. The hair in the furnace filter gave the place a layer of pet odor on top of a layer of general mustiness. The property description indicates there is a pool but it’s not on site. We were informed that a pool membership could be purchased from the Cedars for an additional fee.The rental office is nearby (on Broadway) and had our keys ready when we arrived.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are picky, and insist on vacationing in the village, options are limited, and some quirks need to be accepted. That being said, I certainly didn't expect a refrigerator that had a towel bar screwed to it as a handle, nor a thermostat that I was locked out from adjusting. I also expect screens on all the windows so that they can be opened to enjoy the lovely January Florida breezes. All floors are tile, and the grout throughout needs a good deep cleaning. The furniture and beds were comfortable, and the linens were abundant and of high quality.
