Fantastic 2BD/2Ba Condo in Fraser, very close to Winter Park

Comfortable. Affordable. Casual. This unit at the Pines at Meadow Ridge is a first floor two bedroom, two bath condominium-style unit with a private balcony, a fireplace, and sleeping space for a maximum of six people. A full kitchen with every essential, including a Jenn Air stove, and a dining space provides the option to eat in. A large Safeway market is right down the hill for easy access to any grocery needs. The free town shuttle stops right out front of the unit every half hour and will take you to the store, into the town of Winter Park, or to the ski area. Unit owners enjoy complimentary access to Club Meadow Ridge which is just across the street from The Pines complex. The Club includes an outdoor heated pool & spa, full gym with free weights and machines, racquetball courts, a sauna, outdoor tennis courts, a meeting room, laundry facilities, game room, ski rentals and a gift shop. These weeks are during prime ski season. RCI Silver Crown Resort - 4 star

I'm a young professional living in Houston. I was able to purchase 3 timeshare weeks at the Pines in 2014 to feed my ski/snow cravings. I can't take 3 consecutive weeks off of work, so I figured I'd rent them out so someone else can enjoy the beauty of Colorado in the winter.

Why they chose this property

It's a really nice little property in Fraser, CO. Lots of amenities and friendly staff. These are prime skiing weeks and there is no shortage of slopes to be had at Winter Park and the adjacent ski areas. The complimentary shuttle ride to the resort makes this location great. You can easily be the first one on the slopes, come home for lunch/coffee, and head back up later for a few more runs.

This property is close to everything you need. The Safeway grocery store is right down the hill. Next to Safeway is the liquor store. There are a number of shops, restaurants, and bars in downtown Fraser. Also, if you are driving yourself, you can be parked at the resort about 10 mins after you get in your car.
