Incredible panoramic views from this freshly renovated waterfront property overlooking one of Australia's most stunning beaches on the South Coast, Seven Mile Beach.

You have uninterrupted 180 degree views from Crooked River on the right to Black Head on the left incorporating the view along the stretch of Seven Mile Beach to Coolangatta Mountain, Shoalhaven Heads and beyond. Direct water access is from the rear of the property.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people for an amazing waterfront family holiday experience.
The property has plenty of space over two levels. Upstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen with stone benchtops, wall oven and microwave, cooktop, integrated fridges and dishwasher. A large balcony runs the entire length of the house where alfresco dining can be enjoyed. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with built in robes, a bathroom with separate toilet.

Downstairs has two more bedrooms, lounge area, bathroom with separate toilet and a separate internal laundry. There is a kitchenette leading to an expansive deck to enjoy or just the peace and quiet as you take in the spectacular views.

You can enjoy your beach holiday all year round with gas heating upstairs and down, ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Local activities include coastal walks, Seven Mile Beach National Park, kayak hire nearby, wineries, surfing and snorkeling literally at your back door, golf course 5 minutes away, local surf lessons for the kids, fabulous cafes and restaurants locally and at Berry 15 minutes away.

Amati was lovely with amazing views.

We had a wonderful time at Amaroo. Only complaint with spending that amount of money per night the toaster should work, and found a cracked champagne glass in draw. Otherwise everything was great.

Wonderful location very close to the beach & a nice breeze throughout all day long. Having 2 lounges was very useful for splitting up the generations. Lots of games & books to keep you occupied. However... Internet was non existent. We had a couple of video calls and needed to hotspot using our mobiles. Telstra has only 3G cover in the evenings - you will need an Optus Sim while you stay here. Nespresso is the new spherical pods, so BYO machine if you're bringing your own pods. Great stay!
