Situated within easy walking distance each way to Blairgowrie Village/Foreshore, and the ocean beaches and rock pools of Bridgewater Bay, the property offers cosy lodgings suited to simple family holidays, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a downstairs Children's Retreat and a wonderland of cascading gardens.

IMPORTANT
• Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• Small house-trained non-shedding dogs or outside only dogs are welcome, on request.
• While the host offers the ability to book instantly, you will be contacted to confirm written acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of your stay. Please ensure you have thoroughly read and understand the T&C’s, which can be found by downloading the Rental Agreement on the “Review Rules & Policies” page (after entering your dates and contact details). Tidy and Clean but building was Old

The interior and exterior of the property were perfect, but the building itself was too old and still needed some structural repairs. All the furniture and appliances were good, and the inside was cozy. The outdoor view was fantastic and beautiful. The entrance door needs to be updated or upgraded as well. The game room was great and allowed kids to play easily inside and outside, with a shower available to clean up before coming back in. In conclusion, the property is good, but the price is a bit higher than I expected.

It’s been a few years since we last stayed in Blairgowrie. The house was easy, very clean, in a great location and suited our needs wonderfully. Our fur baby is very old now and so good to be able to bring her with us. Thanks!

this was a lovely house with all the amenities necessary for a holiday stay - comfortable furniture, great location in walking distance from the beach, a beautiful garden and verandahs on each side. Speedy response to a loose panel that was banging in the wind.

Lovely beach House in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blairgowrie Blue Cottage. The beach house within walking distance from the beach and shops. Clean, modern property, perfect for families with all the amenities you need including games room for the kids, streaming and wi-fi. Especially enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from the deck, and will definitely come back again to explore more of the Penninsula.
