Fun, sun, and good times, this vacation paradise is waiting for you. Sit back a relax on the covered upstairs front deck and enjoy the SWFL's gorgeous sunsets and cool coastal breezes. Walk into a spacious open-concept living/kitchen area surrounded by windows letting in tons of natural light and views of the surrounding tropical palms. Stunning finishing throughout, a kitchen that has everything you need, and impeccably decorated. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 with a pullout queen sofa. A fenced-in pool with ample privacy and a secluded front and backyard. A large pool deck and covered area that's great for entertaining and from brunch to BBQs. This is the perfect oasis to create long-lasting memories for a lifetime. Each bedroom offers room darkening curtains to enjoy sleeping in.

This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear.

Relaxing Island Getaway

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week getaway in FMB. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, there was an abundance of towels for the bathrooms and the enclosed pool area was perfect for dinners by the grill. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property that has everything you could need for a great vacation week in terms of amenities. Pool and backyard is fantastic. Property was very clean, and the beach was a short 5 minute walk. Friendly neighbors to boot. I would give this place a 20 out of 10!

This beach house was everything I wanted for the 4 day get away. The home had everything we needed and organized. All the light switches were labeled and the entire home was spotless. The beach access was a very short walk from the house and they had limited parking for 5 an hour. I'm excited to see what the future holds for Fort Myers Beach since there is a lot of work being done since Hurricane Ian. Great job by Coastal Vacation Properties.

This is a beautiful property to stay. It has a heated pool and large deck area to hang out and grill. Great when you need to get out of the afternoon sun. It is a short walk to the beach. Great location to vacation.

Beautiful like-new house

Very clean and comfortable house, like new. It was well-appointed, WIFI worked well. Salt water pool was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It's a bit of a long walk to many of the better bars and restaurants, but the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. And Schuckers is the best happy hour in town - good food and drinks at good prices.

Perfect family house

We enjoyed the stay very much. Everthing is as described in the adverdisement. The pool with patio is great and also the balcony at entrance was very nice. You need just 3-4 minutes to the beach by feet. At the house were a lot of beach stuff. Thanks.

Great time with our adult kids

Had a wonderful time at home. The location was great, easy access to beach and main road. Quiet street with private pool was extra bonus for all of us. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be to have garbage picked up twice a week or have more bins. The bins were filled when we arrived on Monday and we’re not picked up till Thursday.
