There is even a covered deck on the Oceanfront, making it easy for grandparents to enjoy the shade while watching the kids play at the beach!

Great location

Great location and great communication with the host! A ton of space inside and more than enough bedrooms. The outdoor deck up by the dunes was the perfectPlace for morning coffee. Can’t beat being in the beach!

The kitchen was well equipped and the beds as well as the furniture in main living area were comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time on the dune front deck and watching the sunset from the covered west side porch. Unfortunately, several storms over the winter caused sand to completely cover the steps down to the beach. We managed to get up and down the steep slope, but it was definitely a challenge.

The home was large and comfortable and everything went smoothly. The staff were responsive to our needs. I would suggest that more attention be paid to cleaning the bathrooms. Also, prior to arrival, I suggest the staff ensure the stairway leading from the house to the beach be cleared of sand so the beach is accessible.

Reviewer Comments: My stay was amazing a couple of things to bring to your attention. the toasters did not work, the 4th floor shower feels like your going to go through the floor, and the master bedroom with the sliding glass door maybe should have black out curtain I know that this is great for seeing the amazing sunrise but sometimes you just want to sleep on vaca and not be woken up at 6 am because the sun is blinding you. Again just wanted to bring it to your attention but the house is beautiful and this was my second time staying there and will most definitely stay there again thank you for sharing this amazing property.

Good value....could be great. Several issues for anyone with joint or mobility issues.-House is centrally located, bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is great. We were a group of 8 and always felt there was plenty of room. Bonus for the ping pong table in the game room. Here are the areas for improvement:-Check in is NOT at 4, it is BETWEEN 4-6. Update the VRBO site to let people know there is a RANGE and don't simply tell people "well you should've read the entire contract. What a joke.-Weather stripping on one of the doors in the beachfront bedrooms was rotten, visible gap letting air and bugs in. Maintenance came right over, but only rigged up a fix that really wasn't a fix. Could still see daylight and feel airflow. So it is with several other windows/doors: needs real fix, not a rig.- For the top bedroom, which is huge, no door from the staircase leading to it. Super weird, so you get all the noise and kitchen smells of people who stay up later than you do or get up earlier than you do. -Those with mobility issues: Most of the toilets in the house are tiny and very low. Last portion of wooden steps to the beach are totally covered by sand and are a challenge to navigate. Part of the wooden walkway right near the hot tub slightly bends down and leads to a small step to the deck. There should really be a marking or a handrail. The lights in the main stairway seem to go off randomly, making it difficult to see the diagonal step.

Bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and functioning. Kitchen is large.On the not so good side--beach access is currently limited--sand is completely covering steps down to beach, making it difficult to get to the beach for most and impossible and dangerous if your mobility is at all limited.Carpeting on main floor is old and dirty--the kids feet were black if they walked on it barefoot. Family room furniture is very uncomfortable and old and desperately needs to be updated. The area on the main floor that is described as an extra living area is actually a sunporch that doesn't have air conditioning and difficult to use during the day due to the heat.The kitchen, while large, was not well stocked at all, especially with regard to utensils---we had to buy plastic forks so everyone could eat at the same time. There are 2 toasters, but only half the slots work on each one. There are 2 coffee pots, but one doesn't work.This house really could be spectacular with just some updating and care!

Beach access was excellent until a wind storm which covered safe access and management unable to clear the steps. It required walking down the street to the public access to reach the beach. The house needs some TLC. Moldy caulking in one of the master baths. All frying pans need to be replaced. The kitchen cabinets have several broken cabinets and need to be repaired or replaced. A possum was trapped on the screened porch when we arrived. Management washed the porch clean the following day. Very responsive,

The house was clean and was in a great location. The gathering area was perfect for our group but if we had filled the house it might be tight. We did not have a working dishwasher all week and we missed having an extra refrigerator like many of our beach rental houses have had. Beach Realty was helpful and responsive when we had concerns, but I had to call them several times to learn the status of the dishwasher when they had said they would call me with updates. For the price of the rental we did expect a more updated home. Overall we had a great week.
