The home is much bigger than appeared in the photos. The home was very well curated and every little detail was well thought of. Had such an amazing experience with the home and the host that my family rebooked before even leaving. Cannot wait to be back in a few weeks.

Lovely cottage

This home is tastefully decorated and has so many extras including a well stocked kitchen. It was perfect for us when visiting for a family wedding.

Amazing stay!

This was my first ever rental and my wife and I couldn’t have been happier! The home was beautiful and full of history. The check in/out process was so easy. We will definitely find a reason to travel down and book this place again in the future!

We enjoyed staying in this home so much. It's quaint and has all of the things you need when staying away from home. The beds were so comfortable! The park and pier are within walking distance which made for lovely morning walks.1 bathroom upstairs, 1 bathroom downstairs. We were in town for a wedding at the Clay Theatre which is only 3 blocks away.It was a great home base for trips to Palatka, Jacksonville and St. Augustine.Lovely property. There's so much to enjoy.

Danielle was a wonderful hostess with excellent communication! We flew in from another state for a wedding and opted for this cozy cottage instead of hotel rooms. This was perfect for our needs and there so many things were provided! It was a pleasant experience!

Suited our needs for visit with family in Middleburg/Orange Park area. 20 minutes from family, restrauants and shopping. Saturday Market in downtown Green Cover Springs was most enjoyable.

Home was very equipped with most everything a family could ask for! The free water bottles and Kuerig coffee pods and snacks were really nice! This was our second stay and will rent again for the next equestrian event at the Clay County Fairgrounds. Love the place!

Beautiful Historic home

We enjoyed the stay fully. This home is very spacious and we loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with all the items we needed. The location is also very close to the fairgrounds which we spent most of the day. We also were able to walk to a local place callled Red's Wine bar.

Walnut house review

Beautiful home.. lots of extras that really make you feel welcome. Loved the outdoor area with grill for family get together. We will definitely be staying here when we come down.
