Spacious and recently redecorated second-floor condo in 100-year-old building located in the heart of friendly Cape Charles. Step out the front door directly onto Mason Avenue. In whichever direction you turn, you are within an easy stroll of the delights that make Cape Charles the “Best Little Beach Town” in Virginia. The beach and fishing pier are 1.5 blocks to the right and the galleries, boutiques, eateries, and drinking spots are just steps away. Central Park with playground, tennis and pickle ball courts, and summertime Saturday night concerts is an easy walk. After a day of exploring, you will enjoy the comfort and space of this well-designed and beautifully furnished condo. There are two large bedrooms with new, luxurious bedding and two full baths. The Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, 2 closets, and a large dresser. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen mattress on the bottom and
an expanded twin mattress on top. (The weight limit for the top bunk is 150 pounds.) The second bedroom also has a large closet and a desk for those who need a quiet place to work. The bright and airy living area has windows on three sides and includes a sectional sofa to spread out on while you enjoy multiple viewing options on the Smart Roku TV or a large selection of games and puzzles.  The well-equipped kitchen has an eat-in area with a table that comfortably seats 6, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen essentials you will need. There is a well-stocked coffee and tea bar with a Keurig and even more fun, a flip waffle maker! Step out the back door onto a large balcony with a table to enjoy meals or your coffee outside, and a lovely conversation
area with a comfy sofa and glider chairs with sparkling lights above. Or head upstairs to the rooftop deck, the perfect spot to end your evening soaking in the stunning views of the sun setting over the Chesapeake Bay.  
Everything you will need for a fun-filled beach vacation is here, including beach toys,
beach chairs, and beach umbrellas, a large rolling cooler, and two cruiser bikes just
waiting for you to explore Cape Charles.  Cape Haven also has a laundry room with full
sized washer and dryer. Bedroom linens and bathroom towels are provided.

The condo was perfectly cleaned. The host gave clear instructions for check in and answered questions promptly. The condominium offers two very separate living spaces with nice bathrooms. The kitchen is clean and well stocked. The living room is comfortable. The beach is a short walk away. It is a nice beach for walking or for playing in the sand. The town is very small and not crowded. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Great location and apartment

Our family had a great stay at Cape Haven during spring break. The location could not be better, 1.5 blocks from the beach and on the Main Street of Cape Charles so we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. It was chilly and rainy for part of our stay and we were very thankful for all of the games provided in the apartment.

Great location

If you want a great location with walking access to downtown Cape Charles, then this is the place. We arrived in town and easily found the place following the directions we were given. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches, those details set Cape Haven apart from just another condo. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there again!

Our third year visiting Cape Charles and staying in this lovely large, sunny apartment.

We love this little town where we can walk to everything, even the fishing pier, and beach. This apartment is the best. Large, sunny, and bright, with great amenities, including an easy-access elevator that enables me to go and come as I please on my little mobility scooter.

Enjoy Cape Charles

The condo is very cute with a wonderful kitchen. Very clean with a nice deck. Be aware that the deck faces out over a back alley. The only water view is from the deck on the roof, which is spectacular! The location is wonderful. You can walk to everything and all over the town. Beach is just down the street. The condo is between two buildings so both bedrooms look out at a brick wall. Lots of games provided. The bikes really don't work. Love the town and enjoyed great food.

Good. Guest bathroom toilet does not work. Lights for cook top burnt-out. Outletfor Kuerig dead. None of this kept us from having a good experience.

Cape May Condo

Absolute best appointed rental kitchen I have ever seen. The only negative was the door to the condo. It was VERY difficult to open when locked. Had to play around with different ways to find the spot that actually opened the door. This was extremely frustrating as it did take awhile. Would stay there again, but only if the keypad which is on the door was programed instead of dealing with that wonky key.
