Lake & Property

The property features a gently sloping lot from the home to the waterfront, making the short walk to the lake easy and comfortable for children, grandparents, and guests of all ages. At the water’s edge, you’ll find a flat sandy beach with approximately 6 inches of water along the shoreline, providing the perfect place for younger children to safely splash and play while adults relax nearby. Water depth increases to approximately 7 feet at the end of the dock and 11–12 feet in the center of the cove, creating outstanding conditions for swimming, floating, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing.

With four spacious bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two large family gathering areas, and over 3,200 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, Reel Livin’ comfortably accommodates large multi-generational families while providing privacy and comfort for every generation.

The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with generous quantities of dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, serving platters, serving bowls, casual drinking glasses, formal glassware, wine glasses, champagne flutes, coffee mugs, silverware, cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, serving pieces, and virtually every kitchen tool needed for preparing memorable family meals.

You’ll also find an impressive collection of small appliances including an air fryer, countertop ice maker, crock pots, electric griddle, waffle maker, tea maker, turkey roaster, stew pots, toaster, blender, coffee makers, and many additional conveniences rarely found in vacation homes.
