Welcome to Grassi Waterview Vacation Rentals at Lake Gaston!

Experience the ultimate family getaway at "Floatin & Boatin," a stunning lakefront home designed for relaxation and adventure. With lake views from almost every room, two fully equipped kitchens, and space to sleep 18 guests, this is the perfect setting for your next multi-generational reunion or trip with friends.

**The "Relax-Ready" Experience**
We handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to. All beds (2 Kings, 3 Queens, 1 Double, and various bunks/sleepers) are made with fresh linens, quilts, and pillows prior to your arrival. Just walk in, drop your bags, and head straight for the water!
*Note: Please remember to bring your own towels, as these are not provided.*

**Main Level Luxury**
The primary suite features a pillow-top King bed, a private balcony for romantic sunsets, and a spa-like ensuite with a massive walk-in rain shower. Two additional guest rooms, a full laundry room, and a vaulted Great Room with a 60" Smart TV ensure everyone stays comfortable. The gourmet kitchen comes stocked with seasonings and essentials (saran wrap, foil, etc.), making meal prep a breeze.

**Lower Level Fun**
The massive Rec Room is an entertainment hub featuring a bar, pool table, and sound system. Kids and adults alike will love the Bonus Game Room, equipped with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and Darts. A second kitchen on this level keeps snacks and cold drinks within easy reach.

**Outdoor Paradise**
Situated on a private 1+ acre point with over 200 feet of waterfront, our outdoor space offers:
* **The Boathouse:** Boat lift for pontoons (up to 3,000 lbs) and an upper sun deck with a jump gate.
* **Water Toys:** 19' x 6' floating island mat, six kayaks, and two paddleboards included.
* **Evening Vibes:** Lakeside fire pit (wood provided!) and a covered deck with globe string lights.
* **Games Galore:** Horseshoe pits, Giant Jenga, and Corn Hole.

Very well stocked large home. The game rooms were perfect for lots of evening fun. The kitchen was full of more supplies than you could possibly need. We spent our days floating and boating. Kids loved jumping off the second story dock. Place was very clean. Master bathroom has a great double shower head. Plenty of family room and kitchen seating. We would definitely stay here again. Lots of amazing memories made! Only downside is having to fit your boat through the tight tunnel to get to the big lake.

Another Great Stay!

We love staying here! Ample space for our group, we love the fire pit and fishing of the dock. The kitchen is well stocked, we make all our meals here and haven't found that we needed anything. Great communication with host. Looking forward to staying again!

Family vacation

This home is stocked everything we wanted while vacationing from indoor activities to outdoor fun! We stay at "Floatin & Boatin" every chance we get, all year long! There's always something to do or see throughout the year at the Lake!

We viewed many homes and this property fit our wish list! The layout is perfect for our large family with 2 living areas. Gentle slope to the water, gorgeous views, double dock w/10' depth and private 1 acre point lot on Great Creek.

What makes this property unique

Living area with 2 kitchens makes it easy for large families to have separate areas to entertain or relax. Amazing water views from almost every room in the home.
