Ocean front two bedroom self catering, two story Apartment - Adults only

Adults only: On the ocean front with fantastic views, beach immediately in front on Blue Bay. 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 levels. Bedrooms on the first floor & kitchen, lounge and dining on the ground floor - open plan, plus a bathroom/laundry, recently renovated. Very large front sun deck with retractable blinds and small garden courtyard at rear. Private carport for small car. All linen & towels, air-conditioned in open plan living area, opening windows to enjoy the fresh sea breezes, security front doors and double glazing on lower level. Not suitable for children or physically disabled due to steps, stairs to bedrooms, etc. Very well appointed, amazing ocean and beach views with lovely beach in front for swimming, walking, fishing, surfing etc. Quiet location away from the buzz of the town but only 4 minutes into the village by car. 1 minuet to Mandurah Country Club just behind us and available for short or long term stays. Everything you need for a single or couple for a long term stay.

We live on site and have been hosting guests in our apartments for many years. There are a total of 4 apartments, only 2 are holiday rentals, we live in one and one is privately owned.

Why they chose this property

Great value, quiet location, small complex, only 4 apartments with the sound of the ocean waves and beach right in front. Just 2 minutes drive to the City of Mandurah or less to the Mandurah Country Club for golf, water sports, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, wetlands for bird watching or dolphin watching. Eco Tourism for the outdoor hiker or cyclist in abundance.
