Great 4 bedroom home on 1.5 acres and just a 5 minute drive to the wonderful Avoca Beach. Listen to the bellbirds! Plus has a resort style swimming pool.

This peaceful and tranquil home boasts 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite.
At the opposite end of the house are the other three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 singles in each. The main bathroom has a corner spa bath and separate shower.

Linen is supplied - just bring your own pool/beach towels.

There are multiple living areas including the main lounge room as well as living area adjoining the contemporary style kitchen overlooking the huge deck and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher.

You can bring your dog however, please remove all evidence. The large back yard is not fenced, though.
There is also an environmental cycle. The spacious internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

Lovely stay

Much steeper property then we expected, I’m very glad I didn’t have young kids with us wanting to play outside. Lovely pool, kitchen has most things we needed. Good beds. The place had been cleaned well, but carpets could do with a really good clean. We would definitely go back.

Great pool & near beach

Family of 5 adults, 1 toddler & a dog, had enclosed pool, giant tv, the size of the house was great. One wing had a sunroom & walk in wardrobe . Could have done with a bit more basics (wine glasses, toilet roll & linen) but didn’t impact at all. Would I stay again. Yes
