House was quaint and quality right near revitalized area of downtown Art/Deco district. Best for couple or small family/group. Everything you need and host was great with comms and info to enjoy the stay. Would def go back if we are in the area again.
We loved the large living room and the open floor plan combining the kitchen, dining and living spaces. The 2 bedrooms with queen beds are spacious. The 3rd bedroom could use a little updating with a new set of bunkbeds. Very easy access to Baylor and downtown Waco.

Cute, Cozy Bungalow
Excellent communication from the host! The house itself could use a good deep cleaning, but the areas immensely used were cleaned well. The outside area could use some clean up (glass on ground, trash, and some yard maintenace) and outdoor seating would be a great addition. Close to Magnolia Silos, Cameron Park Zoo, and multiple options for tasty treats. Overall a cozy environment to relax in between the adventures Waco has to offer!

Jessie, thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our communication efforts. We appreciate your insights on areas that need improvement. We will work on enhancing the cleanliness and outdoor area maintenance to offer an even better experience for our guests. We have already done a deep clean of this house since you checked out so these issues should be resolved. Your comments will help us make necessary changes to provide a more enjoyable stay. Thank you for choosing Villastay Vacation Rentals.
Although the space had great pictures, unfortunately it fell short. We were disappointed that the bunk bed was very unstable and felt unsafe, which made it challenging to sleep the 6 of us. Quite a few of the kitchen cabinets contained dirty pots and the floors/walls appeared dirty in some places. The home was located in an area of Waco that is likely up and coming so it was hit or miss. I think this place has potential, but would benefit from some deep cleaning and maybe a pull out trundle for the two single beds, or a beefed up bunk bed. Additionally the air mattress was not inflatable (had a leak), so was not a sleeping option.
Super cute remodeled old house. Great for a family or group of friends visiting Waco. One of the beds could use a mattress replacement but other than that a good experience.
There was a mishap during the booking process and we were a day earlier than our reservation. Placed a call and the owners son Amos was very helpful. We were able to get everything adjusted. We enjoyed our stay. The house is super cute and incredibly comforting and welcoming. Thank you again for an amazing stay.
