Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

I had been at one vrbo prior and I moved. They were kind enough to let me check in early because I was in between places. The management was fantastic! The apartment was cute and clean!!

Just like home!

I greatly enjoyed staying at BCA in comparison to booking a traditional hotel. The most shining highlights had to be the stocked kitchen with dinnerware and the in-unit washer and dryer, very lovely! Excellent alternative to hotel with a homey feel

I enjoyed my stay and the ease of parking (free!). It was comfortable and clean. Recommendation: coffee options like kcup maker with plenty of cream and sugar and better weeding in the courtyard (didn't look like the online pics). Wonderful stay

Right off the bat I can think of three wonderful things to share. First, communicating with the property was easy, fast and informative. Second, the property was very clean. I did a thorough inspection of the kitchen, living room area, bedroom and bathroom, and was very pleased with the place. This place is cozy and gives one those home away from home vibes. Excellent!

The apartment is well designed, but please repair the concrete near the door Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know about the crack in the concrete. Luckily, we know that the crack is not doing any damage to the building nor preventing anyone from using the steps. We do want the outside of the building to match our well-designed interiors and our maintenance team is working on a resolution.
