About this property

Large Waterfront Property Sussex Inlet

The house is a modern & comfortable home suitable for 2 or 3 families ready to make your holiday memories.

It's a great place to Rest, Unwind & Relax.

Free WiFi & Netflix.
All linen included (Guests are to supply their own linen for the sofa beds if they require them).

Located right on the Sussex Inlet canals with your own private jetty. Situated in the heart of this lovely little town. Fantastic location close to local shops, cinema, Golf Course, RSL, Bowling Club and cafes. just a 30 minute drive to Ulladulla, Huskisson and the famous Hyams Beach.

Our property includes a separate teenage retreat which has a bunk bed, sofa bed and TV.

There are 2 living areas, the upstairs living area has a sofa bed. The upstairs living area is attached to the bedroom with 2 triple bunks which is attached to a bathroom. There is a bookshelf with a wide variety of books and magazines for guests to read during their stay. We have kayaks at the property for guest use.

There's an outdoor table for outdoor dining, please note: the outdoor umbrella is unavailable for guest use. A fire pit, private jetty and enclosed screen outdoor area which can be opened up if required. There is a BBQ available for use as well as several kitchen appliances including a blender, mix master and slow cooker.

The kitchen also has 2 fridge/freezers so there's plenty of space for food.

The garage is locked and not usable for guests so boats must be launched up the road at the public slipway but can be tied up at the private jetty at the property.

PLEASE NOTE: There could be a caravan and boat parked out the front which limits off street parking. If they are both onsite during your stay there is still 1-2 off street car spaces depending on vehicle size. We can advise if these will be on the property during your chosen dates.

Excellent place, very spacious for kids (lots a toys too), there big lounge downstairs and smaller one upstairs, 15mins walk to local shops, we used firepit and even canoe. We fished on the jetty and caught decent size flatty on SP. Hoping to come back in Summer!

Fantastic house

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location with a jetty right out the back where we caught plenty of fish. The house is now and house plenty of space and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. It was my mum’s 80th birthday and our family had a great time.

Fantastic house with plenty of space for our family ( 8 adults + 5 kids and baby ) Next to the river is great for fishing and the use of property kayaks was so much fun. Property is clean and comfortable.

Great location for Multi-family catch-up

Excellent home for multi-families to meet and chill out. Lots of room for both adults and children to gather or have quiet time. Main lounge couches and outdoor couch were a favourite spot. Jetty and kayaks were so convenient out the back to watch for wildlife or go for a paddle. Easy to walk to town for great kids park, shops to browse and local brewery.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this property highly enough. The owner’s communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. Thank you Richard and Amy. We are super grateful for your patience and help with our questions.The house was well set up for our large group, with plenty of space and great kitchen facilities that made catering for everyone simple. It was just so nice to have a house that advertises for 16 people and actually caters for 16 people of ALL ages. Although we didn't use the toddler/infant facilities, I did notice how thoughtful the owners were for supplying them. For a group of 14, there was ample space for our families. We weren't on top of each other and I defintiely got my step count up walking from the jetty to the kitchen. The kids absolutely loved the kayaks and spent hours enjoying them. The direct access to the inlet was a real highlight and perfect for endless fishing. We also really appreciated never running out of hot water, even with so many of us staying - it's something we've unfornately taken for granted at other places we've stayed. A wonderful place for a relaxing and memorable annual family getaway. Just waiting to book our next trip back.

Everything you needed in the one spot

The whole family enjoyed it so much. Two living areas were great. Everyone loved fishing and canoeing. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were perfect for our large family. The kids all want to come back ASAP. We highly recommend this property.

Great waterfront location and spacious

Stayed here over the weekend and fit all 16 of us. Nice and spacious especially the 3.5 bathrooms. Super family friendly place and the kayaks and fishing were a highlight. Bit of an issue regarding the cleaning (perhaps the cleaners were having a bad day), but sorted it out with the host who was understanding and responsive.
