Great Location

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Unfortunately, was away from the house the majority of our stay, but will definitely come again when we can enjoy the outdoor amenities in cooler weather. The beds were very comfortable and slept great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Spring break 3/24

Cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Pictures don’t do it justice. The view of the mountains in the morning on the front deck was awesome. Our family had more than enough room to move about the cabin. Owners supplied everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. Will definitely be looking to stay here around holidays!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed a wonderful week with our friends. Your cabin was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. Location was great for day trips looking at fall leaves. Would definitely book this place again.

Spectacular!

Perfect cabin for a quiet escape to the mountains

My husband and I have traveled many times to the north GA/NC mountains for a cabin getaway. This cabin in Hayesville, NC is AMAZING and is in a great location if you want easy access to the surrounding areas. Misty Mountain Pond Retreat is stunning and the thought which went into this cabin is noticed everywhere. This tasteful home has everything you would ever need for a very quiet escape. Whether you travel as a couple, or you love to travel with family and/or friends, this cabin has comfortable rooms, beautiful furniture/accent design, great views and if you like to cook it has an amazing kitchen with everything you would ever want and more. The game room, outdoor grill areas, multiple fireplaces and ample seating is perfectly accommodating for every guest. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with when you have any question during your stay. We look forward to returning next year if our schedules allow. This cabin is a fabulous find and one you will not want to miss!!!

Beautiful cabin

My husband and I have stayed in this area for many years now, this cabin rates at the top of the list! Everything you could want. Wonderful kitchen, (that stove ❤️) we ended up in the game room every night for pool and dart competitions! I spent many hours on the front porch just taking in the views! Groups of turkeys would wonder the country side as well as a few deer. I kept imagining how lovely it would be to stay there during fall or winter with a fire going on that porch.The cabin is in a great area, close to all our favorite restaurants and the kids played both the neighborhood golf course and the course at Brasstown Valley resort…..gorgeous!

mountain getaway

Wife and I have stayed at numerous cabins over the years and normally eat our meals out during our stays. This cabin is different in that it is very accommodating and with the great kitchen and outdoor grilling area we found ourselves picking items up at the local stores and vegetable stands and cooking meals at the cabin as it is such an enjoyable place. Cabin location is great for basing you daily adventures or just some serious down time. Access is via paved roads which can be navigated by normal vehicles. Location feels secluded but is actually close to town, grocery store, the lake and golf course. If you want to take a walk and not a hike I recommend driving to the Dam a couple of miles away as it has a great paved trail across it with some beautiful views. The interior and exterior of this cabin shows real pride in ownership and will not disappoint. The location is very quiet with lots of nature around and a very relaxing mountain view. Property manager is very responsive if needed. Already planning a return trip.

So so relaxing.

My husband and I stayed there this week. Absolutely awesome. Debbie and Tim have thought about everything. Clean cabin, well stocked kitchen, beautiful view. Most places where we have been is not like this at all, you couldn’t ask for a better place. Just so cozy and relaxing. People, you need to stay here. I would love to be here in the fall as well. You have everything here.

Last Swing before the Ring

Well to make a.long story short my oldest son will be getting married on April 29. So this was the guys trip to play golf and fish. I will say the house was AMAZING! Everything we needed was in that house. The game room is a man's dream Man Cave. We absolutely loved it and will be back. Thanks

Exceptional Mountain Home especially for a Bird Lover

Fantastic house and Property. Deborah went over and above on Stocking the home with anything you could need. The kitchen and the stove made it more enjoyable to eat in. For us it was a good location central to everywhere we headed . Nice layout for a family or two couples. Watching all the little birds was an extra treat. Hope we get the chance to stay in this home again.

Gorgeous views

The house is beautiful and clean. Very comfy beds and cozy linens. Fully equipped kitchen welcomes you to cook meals. The house offers a lot of leisure activities around the deck area as described. Quiet Cabin with Great Kitchen and BBQ Options

The cabin has a wonderful kitchen and awesome offset smoker. It's in a very quiet and peaceful area. Make sure you have wi-fi calling enabled on your cell or don't expect must reception. Easy access to Lake Chatuge and some enjoyable hiking at fire creek. The owners were very responsive.

Amazing stay!!!

Our stay in our cabin was amazing. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Debbie and Tim have thought about everything that you could possibly need. They really do make your stay feel like a home away from home. The game room was so much fun. The beds are so comfortable. Sitting outdoor enjoying the view was a favorite thing to do. Love this cabin and it’s location!!

Wow!! Was our first thought as we entered the cabin. Such a relaxing vacation in this beautiful well kept cabin in a quiet, very relaxing location. Very easy to get to on paved roads and plenty of driveway space. We were even able to park our small trailer in the garage! The check in/check out is very easy and contactless. Fishing is allowed in pond right across the street which we enjoyed ( just requires a license for anyone over 16). We have found our new happy place! We are here for the week and as much as we will not be happy leaving this weekend, we plan to come back!! The owner has been more than amazing, very friendly, helpful and very responsive to any questions that we had come up before and during our stay. This cabin was ready for our stay! There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook ( including spices), just bring your food and the rest is here for you to prepare your meals with a nice wolf stove in the beautiful gourmet kitchen. There were laundry tabs and dryer sheets and some basic toiletries to get us started. Beds are very comfortable! Cabin is very clean! You can enjoy your stay rain or shine! Plenty to keep you busy inside and a deck with great views. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace at night and just taking in the scenery during the day. The yard is beautiful and has a little walking path through the backyard. Overall we really had a great time and are very happy with our choice to book this cabin after searching for weeks through so many places. Thank you Debbie for everything!!

Don’t delay, book now!!!!

If you are debating...STOP and book now!!! Wow!!! This little piece of heaven was just what our family needed to reconnect and relax! This beautifully appointed cabin has everything your heart could think of to make your stay perfect! Want gourmet coffee...you got it! Want s’mores...you got it! Want games for kids...you got it! Want an fire...you got it times 4!!! Want extras...jacuzzi tubs, working electric train, backyard trails, and plenty of perfect photos opportunities galore! We used all aspects of the home. Our kids loved playing pool daily in the basement and the temperature was perfect in that space. I know many basements can be too cold! The kids loved learning how the electric train worked and were fascinated by this little treasure! The rooms are so very spacious and made our stay so relaxing! We stayed by the outdoor wood burning fireplace most nights. The a frame of the house allows you to be in the night sky while enjoying the warmth of the fire! Heaven for sure!!! Definitely plan on cooking at home as they have a gourmet kitchen with everything you need for delicious meals! If you haven’t cooked on a Wolfe stove...it’s a pure treat! We decided to cook on it more than even the wonderful outdoor kitchen that is available! And if the kitchen isn’t enough, the dining nook was one of our favorite places with views all the way around of the landscape. It was bright and relaxing! Our cup of coffee tasted better for sure because of this space! We weren’t sure of the location as we hadn’t been to this exact area but to say it was amazing would be an understatement! The location is easy to get to without winding mountain roads every time you need to go somewhere. The grocery is close and if you haven’t been to an ingles...they have everything! We were able to get to Murphy, Franklin, Hiwawasee, and Helen, Georgia with ease! Deborah the host was beyond accommodating and has truly set up her home the way she’d want it if she were to stay! Her handbook has everything from how each appliance works, to amazing restaurant ideas and things to do nearby! She was easily accessible and we so appreciated knowing we had her direct contact to make our stay go as planned! We even stayed an extra day after we arrived and saw how perfect this cabin was for what we expected! Thank you for an amazing stay...one we wished lasted much longer! We will be back for sure! Book your escape today! You will appreciate your decision and not regret it at all!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

My husband, myself and another couple always have a getaway each year together. When we heard our annual Mountain Cabin was no longer available we were devastated....We searched and searched.... Finally we found the perfect place! WOW! We have now found our new getaway. Beautiful location! Super Clean! Every detail was thought about! We cannot wait to visit again!
