About this property

Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features a fully equipped updated kitchen and bathrooms—views of the Gondola. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Perfect place for two families with kids, with a 3rd bedroom featuring 2 sets of bunk beds and 4th bedroom twin beds. The Mammoth Estates community offers excellent amenities with year-round covered hot tub, an outdoor pool (Summer only), and a recreation room that will entertain the kids for days featuring pool table, ping pong table, games and more. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Cute condo walking distance from town gondola

Great place that's a five-minute walk from Mammoth's town gondola. We had someone in every bed (including the bunks) and it did get a bit tight at times, but awesome place if you're willing to pack in!

Calm before the storm

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We squeezed in a somewhat last-minute trip mid-week up to the mountain. #120 was well furnished with additional blankets, games, cookware, glasses, et. We had an issue that maintenance had to come and inspect. Mammoth Reservations are the best, the always make sure their guests receive full value.
