Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath property is upstairs, overlooking the pool, forest, and gondola. This condo is remodeled with wood and slate floors, granite counters. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a queen in the master bedroom and 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. Perfect for your family vacation! This unit is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was as described and the short walk to the gondola and the village was really great. It was clean and had everything we needed. We did not have a shovel to get our car out but one was delivered to us within 30 minutes of calling. The only minor nit picky items of note were that the heating was a bit complicated to figure out and the kitchenware was a bit beat up.

The cost does not match the value of this property

Bed sheets and blankets were dirty. Literally chest or pubic hairs on master bed sheets. Tv and DVD player did not work. My husband luckily rigged his computer so my kids could relax and watch a movie after a long day of skiing and playing. Heater in kids bunk room did not work. We had to leave the living room heater on and keep doors open. Not a single dresser or piece of furniture to put any clothes in (or on) and no luggage holder so the family’s stuff was just left in suitcases and piles of dirty clothes on the floor. Master bed was creaky and incredibly uncomfortable for two adults. Please note this is my second negative review EVER.

What’s up with the holes in the bathroom ceiling?!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property Management has compensated us for our experience and says they will make repairs, however we were told at check-in time that the primary bedroom had a roof leak and the carpet is wet. It had a strong musty smell which tells me it was wet for a few days. I did not see any signs of a roof leak on the ceiling. We got locked out of our unit on our last night, so they provided a secondary code to get in - luckily our friends were also staying there so we hung out in their condo until this was rectified. *There are 2 holes in the bathroom! One hole over the shower and one over the toilet/sink!!! We used tape and paper to cover them. Yes, I feel violated! There is a loft above it, so quite possibly there is camera equipment up there - Prop. Mgmt. Says there is not, however there is a lock on the access door, so I am certain they don’t really know. They said they will repair it.

Major complaint was the lack of a shovel. We got a heavy snow and I needed to use my boots and hands to clear the 2 foot wall of snow created by the plow (to get my car out).
