Connie, Thank you for saying with us for your long term stay. As you are aware all the units are independently owned and are updated to the owners personal taste. I hope if you are to stay with us in the future we can get you into a unit that has been updated to your preference. I was not aware that you were having any issues with some outlets not working, I wish you would have let me know so I could have addressed that for you. I checked the outlets and they all seem to be working(some work on a switch). I will share your other thoughts and concerns with the owner. Keith Stark

Wendy, I'm very sorry to hear this. We're normally known for our exceptional attention to detail, and regret that you feel we missed the mark in our communication. Our front desk is open until 6:00 pm everyday. I know you emailed me a few days ahead about late arrival instructions, and I answered all your questions in a timely manner, you also called me on my cell phone before the front desk opened one morning about some construction noise, I didn't realize you tried again and had additional question.
