Suite 309 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchenette offers two barstools for extra seating and a dining table for two. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.

Beautiful weekend stay in Boyne City!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the area and the winter rates offered made it an easy choice to stay here. Perfect location right on the water, walking distance to our favorite northern Michigan town. Staff was so very nice too!

Great stay in the winter
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was in town for work and this was 5 minutes away. This allowed my family to spread out while I was away working. the only issue I had was the upstairs tv/cable only worked the first night, and no matter what we tried to do to fix this it didn't work. It would have been nice if the balcony was shoveled off so I could step out and get better pictures of the view but that was less of an issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a beautiful stay in Boyne. My favorite place on earth! My grandparents were raised here and retired here in the late 60's. Boyne City is very dear to my heart!!Accomodations were excellent! Came with couple sisters for a surprise visit as our cousins from MS were staying here in our cousin's (Bill) place. We had a wonderful time ! We will be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bugs on towels in bathroom—happened on two different occasions and days.Poor mattress in upstairs bedroom. No support. Exacerbated low back pain.Poor cleanliness of beach area as I found a broken beer bottle on the beach. My toddler was within a few inches of stepping on it. Had been to this rental since 2018 but with my recent trip in July 2023, I’m rethink booking at another rental.Sad

Wonderful Escape at the Water Street Inn

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Water Street Inn is a great property right on the lake shore! Boyne City is a fun town and a great location for day-trips in the area. Great biking right from the condo! Staff really nice. Will return.
