Suite 309 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchenette offers two barstools for extra seating and a dining table for two. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

The view was great! We were able to watch a snow squall blow in across the lake and eagles flying in the morning.The room was sanitary, but we were a little disappointed as we had family members staying in other units that had more updated features. Their units had an oven, hard floors, and unstained carpets. The front desk staff were all very welcoming!

Very, very nice -- perfect for a couples get away!!

The property was very well maintained and the location was perfect to enjoy all that Boyne City had to offer. Everything just a short walk a way. Easy drive to other locations -- Charlevoix, Petosky and Walloon.

Quiet and Serene Anniversary Getaway.

This is a beautiful location, right on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. We loved the view and the quaint downtown of Boyne City. This is a great location within walking distance of everything you need. We will definitely be back.
