An amazing 30 min drive down Westside Road with big horn sheep so close sometimes you can touch them to Historic Fintry. On the lakeside of westside road with a peekaboo views of lake from front deck, large private back deck with 6 person hot tub.

Great family vacay!

We enjoyed our time at the cottage! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook our meals.The cottage is nice and close to the amenities area and we had a lot of fun at the pool and playing pickleball.Like other reviewers mentioned the road from Kelowna or Vernon is windy but not difficult to manage at all!We enjoyed using the kayaks and appreciated the life jackets!

Nice get away

It was a nice cottage with a great location for getting to the pool, mini golf and restaurant. The host was great to deal with. We had a great time, was just to short. Wish the beds were a bit comfier but we slept good due to the water park

The property was great with all the amenities. We loved the in home theatre and the hot tub. The owners were very friendly and were right there if you needed anything. The downside was the driving to and from the house. The roads are very narrow and winding. The beach was too far for my 80 year old parent's. It was a far walk for them .You definitely need to rent a golf cart. The house is walking distance to the pool and restaurant and mini golf which we did a few times. All around it was a great place to stay.

Summer vaca 2023

We had an amazing stay at the yellow cottage. It came with everything we needed. Our teenage boys had a blast down at the lake and watching movies in the evening down in the theatre. All the comforts of home away from home. Louise and Larry are amazing hosts. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

A great time for all

The house itself is lovely and clean and has everything you’d want. The resort has plenty to do and taco Tuesday at the cafe was a hit. A special shout to Louise as our host. She was attentive and accessible from the start. Once fires broke out she was *amazing keeping us updated, safe, and proactive on everything.

Beautiful Area

Area was beautiful. Check in ran an hour and a half late due to cleaners not being finished. House was quite dirty when we got in there and needed cleaning by us again. Not enough supplies in the house to last a week. Owner was good and brought us more supplies right away but it was a hassle to have to ask everytime. Codes for wifi and gate were incorrectly given which made getting in the area difficult. Owner was apologetic and did refund us some money when we voiced our concerns and I do believe she will try to do better in future. Overall not a bad experience just some small inconveniences.

Unfortunately, these people had to wait to check in after long drive with kids and being denied a request to check in early as it’s very busy time of year and cleaners were not done on time and that set a bad tone to the visit - few minor things missed in restocking for same reason but addressed immediately on the only request as we are here on site full time …. We purchased extra items like pack n play, high chair, exersaucer and a few toys specially for this family’s visit as peoples level of comfort is very important to us and this is isolated incident we have addressed with the cleaners and will not happen in future

Loved the golf cart, the theatre room and all the utensils and stuff needed for cooking. There were plenty of towels and pool/lake floaties. Place is great and the kids loved it a lot.

Beautiful Cottage!

We were here as a family for our daughters wedding! It was a perfect place for friends and family to gather....the hot tub and theater room were a bonus, too! The golf cart was a much needed feature, as we did not have out own, which saved us on renting one. Manager was super nice and was there for us when we needed her. She even left us cream for coffee, pizza and a bottle of wine, which was very generous of her. I would definitely 100% recommend this cottage....the views are breathtaking! It also comes with so many more amenities, which makes it perfect for families with young children/teens as well! A trip to remember, for sure!!!

Amazing vacation home

Right from the beginning of the booking process, communication with the owner was prompt and easy! The home itself is wonderful - clean and bright, comfy beds, private hot tub - and the owner has thoughtfully provided everything you might need on your vacation in La Casa. Golf clubs and balls for the mini golf, tennis and pickleball racquets and balls, floaties for the lake, and your own golf cart to make the trek to the lake easy and fun. The movie theatre is great, and there's even a popcorn maker, as well as lots of movie choices. Highly recommended!

Great experience

This was a great experience and opportunity for us to stay at La Casa - great place to isolate while still getting a nice vacation. There are a lot of homes here, and this particular one didn't have a lakeview but appeared to be cooler than some of the other properties which was appreciated in the hot weather. Also the bonus movie theatre room was a nice feature (and cooler in the hot weather, too!)
