We had a great time staying in this house. The location was really convenient to the center of town, and it was in a nice neighborhood. The check-in process was smooth. The hot tub was awesome!
Loved having a washer and dryer, and enjoyed the hot tub. This place was close to everything that you’d need. The management team was easy to talk to and responded quickly.
This was our second time renting this particular house, and my sisters were jealous that I once again got the house with the hot tub. Great communication with the property managers and will probably use them again on our next trip to the mountains!
We stayed here for the Leadville Trail 100 Run and it was perfect. Perfect location, the hot tub was nice to use the night before the race, and everything was comfortable for when I was sore after!
Noisy, lack of privacy and safety concerns, and bare minimum essentials given the price point.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We wish you had been more specific regarding the issues. This home is in a residential neighborhood. It offers a hot tub and private backyard for our guests and is close to Ski Cooper as well as downtown Leadville. Most of our reviewers love the home, and we get many repeat bookings for this same home every year.
This little house was perfect for our overnight stay while we played up at turquoise lake. It had everything we needed, was quiet, comfortable and very close to town and to the road up to the lake. 8 would definitely stay here again!
The house is great for a couple wanting to be close in town and not far from skiing. The hot tub was great to come home to at the end of a long day skiing. It’s clean and quiet and has everything you need for your stay.
This is a great place to stay in Leadville. Nice place for the price. Hot tube was a great bonus to the place. It was only three of us, but if you have more people the one bathroom might be a problem. I would stay here again.
We chose this property for its location, as well as for the washer/dryer and hot tub, as it was the middle of our cross country trip. It was close to the grocery store and a great start to get to the Mt Sherman trailhead before the sun came up. The kitchen was cute and had everything we needed to make dinner, and the hot tub was clean for our post-hike relaxing.
Nice property with all of the necessities of a rental property. Beds were comfy and the bunk bed was great for the kids. Close to Ski Cooper and walking distance to stores and restaurants in Leadville. Great location. Really liked the separate towels for the hot tub. We had everything we needed!
Hot tub is fantastic. House is a duplex, in good shape for the most part, clean. Location in Leadville is great. Pretty quiet place despite being in a neighborhood. Great value, I'd rent it again.
Overall this house is a good place to stay, the hot tube is the biggest draw. The house is a bit dated and you can tell in the bathroom and when it gets really cold outside.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! This is the first comment we have received regarding the bathroom temperature. I will be installing a fireplace heater in the bathroom as soon as we have a turnover in the home! We hope this solves the issue for future guests and we hope to host your next stay in Leadville!
