House was cozy and close to Bear Mountain. Everything was as shown. Bring firewood for the stove!

Nice place. Process of renting needlessly confusing as the address if the property isn’t given out until you arrive in big bear. When you are wanting true ski in ski out you need to know how far from the slopes you will be

Very comfy

This home was a great place to stay for our family. It was close to amenities and a wonderful neighborhood to walk. It had most of the things we needed. I've stayed in many VBRO's and would stay again. No washer/dryer and common cooking staples and amenities were not there so bring your own(coffee filters ect) It is the woods so expect ants and bugs. The outside needed a quick power wash or broom to knock down webs. Beds were comfortable. We also brought extra fans which helped as there isn't any AC and we were there in July. All in all a nice place with easy check in and out procedures.

Student Mini-Vacation

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is incredibly cozy and charming, and is conveniently located near a number of Big Bear activities (Alpine Zoo, Village Scavenger Hunt, Ropes Course, etc). The house was well-stocked with basic kitchenware, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an array of spices, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, etc. that were not mentioned as being provided in the original listing :) We'd all love to stay here again!!

Good value and solid option for visiting Big Bear.

We purposely wanted a small house/cabin /so our young kids wouldn’t feel overwhelmed and close proximity to Bear Mountain Resort. Both worked out perfectly. .

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
