Casa Del Sol B1 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, low-density condo with stunning Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and local attractions, this unit offers comfort, privacy, and a beachfront experience you’ll love!



• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring is featured in the living area, with carpet in all bedrooms.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access.



• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The third bedroom features two queen-size beds.



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!



• A maximum of two cars is allowed; the second car is first-come, first-served.

Great ocean view. We were impressed by the associations with local golf courses we took advantage of the 1 free pass for an adult on several days. Condo was clean and as advertised. We will stay here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Beautiful view from bedroom, LR and balcony. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was comfortable. Only issue we had was construction started in unit above us on our first full day there, which HOA did not inform hosts. Host offered to move us, but we did opt to stay rather than take several hours to relocate after being unpacked and having loaded up on groceries . Other than construction noise and mess, property was perfect for us and would recommend.

This condo was the perfect getaway! The building is not too large, so it's very easy to get to the beach or to the car for a convenient trip to restaurants and more. The condo is nicely furnished, very roomy and accommodating, with fantastic views. The September weather was just right! We will definitely be back.

We had a great time, amazing views, wonderful location. The unit was wonderful. Great layout, comfortable family room, larger than normal kitchen. Only complaints - u it was not cleaned when we arrived. The host coordinated getting it cleaned quickly, but did delay us getting in that first night. Also wish the beds/unit had additional blankets for better sleeping. Would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Del Sol B1 was a new experience for our group of ladies. As soon as we walked in, we were all well pleased. The beds were very "comfy". The kitchen was very well stocked. The balcony was a frequent meeting place especially with the beach view and the jumping dolphins. Everything made us feel that "home away from home" atmosphere.

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had a great trip to Casa del Sol B1 - the condo was very nicely renovated and the location couldn't have been better! We had one small housekeeping request that was filled quickly (on Easter Sunday, no less) and we appreciated the daily communication on the water conditions and other updates. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The condo was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The balcony was large enough for all 6 of us to sit and enjoy. The property manager was very prompt getting back to us when we had questions. We would love to stay here again!
