Hi Kirsty, thank you for your review, I hope you had a wonderful time at the wedding and we would be delighted to welcome you back to Bellbowra Farmstay at any time. Take care, Kristy
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Bellbowra. The house was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The view from the kitchen and verandah are just superb. Kristy and Andy are warm and welcoming hosts. They provided great directions to the house and gave us extra information about the property and area during our stay. Our kids loved playing with their kids, and exploring the property with them. Our youngest love playing with their friendly dogs!Bellbowra farmstay was a highlight of our holiday and we hope to visit again.
Our family had a great holiday at Bellbowra farm stay, the host was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed and the place was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday.
The house is basic but the rooms and beds are comfortable, the views are stunning and walking down to the waterhole was refreshing for us and the our dog.
We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was marvellous. The hosts were welcoming and friendly without being suffocating. The property was cool, self-contained and fenced; perfect forour dog.We had a few visits from Eddie the dog, who liked to keep an eye on things and made friends with our dog.Rosellas in the trees, chickens running around, cow in the fields - it was the perfect xmas getaway fir us. Thank you!

It’s was great pleasure to stay in the property and great help and coordination from property owner
Other part when my daughter requested for property owner kids to be part of her birthday party overwhelmingly they said yes and brought kids to party. This made my daughter day.
Property is really well maintained with all amenities and great place to stay.
Will be going back soon and whenever going to Coffs Harbour will always my first choice
Stayed 3 nights during a roadtrip from Sunshine Coast QLD to Sydney. Good location for a mini-break at the halfway point. Private house, comfortable beds, welcoming 'home away from home'. Functioning internet allowed me to finish off some work.Highlights: beautiful property to walk and explore; swimming in the water hole; the dogs & sheep & chickens. Lovely to meet Kristy and her kids. We missed out on the garlic harvest but Kristy gave us a tour and explained the farming process. Delicious organic garlic! We truly enjoyed our stay -- thank you.

What a beautiful property. A lovely farm house with a lot of history. Amazing views.
Kristy and Andy were so kind and very welcoming.
Our kids loved playing with their kids. Eddie the family dog was a brilliant guide when exploring the farm property.
We wish we had of taken our dog. The farm house has a fenced in yard and veranda.
We will definitely be going back and will recommending our friends to visit.
We loved absolutely everything about our stay right from the moment we pulled up! The farmhouse itself was the perfect size for us which included my 2 kids and my parents (and hubby). We spent alot of time on the verandah taking in the views of the hills and afternoon storms that rolled in. We felt very comfortable to explore the property at our leisure, there felt like something different to enjoy each day. My kids LOVED meeting farm dog Eddie and would have stolen him if they could and really enjoyed the roaming chickens and fresh eggs we were generously gifted! Hosts Kristy and Andy were so friendly and welcoming and our kids shared some fun together too as a bonus for both parents!;-) we had the best Christmas day and holiday and cant wait to visit again!

We loved this property. The actual house is sweet and everything works. Lots of staples were left out which was helpful. The hosts are super nice, generous and hospitable. Our kids and dog loved playing with their kids and dog, Our youngest off jumping on the trampoline with her new friends and playing with their rabbits for hours. All our kids ranging from 10 to teens loved the swimming hole on the property. The local kids showing them how to jump straight on in. The drive from Sydney was worth it from the first hour being there. Such a great experience and lovely people and a nice touch was the organic garlic left for us on the table. Hope to visit again soon.
Place was good but no host. When booking took $200 for host charges but couldn’t get contact with them when trying to call them. Left voice message but didn’t call back at all. Didn’t see anyone whom to ask around as well. They only picked up phone when called to ask where to drop off keys on check out time.

Dear Pramila, it’s very unfortunate that you felt this way as at Bellbowra we do all we can to ensure guests have a wonderful experience, on the occasion that you stayed as I explained over the phone we were at that time on a very rare personal holiday with our young children with limited coverage to receive calls, this was a once off occasion as we live permanently on site at the property. The host charges you refer to are taken by VBRO as the booking agent, these are not charges that are received by us. We do apologise if you were unhappy however feel your negativity is not fair or accurate.
We had a great time at Missabotti (Bellbowra), the hosts were so friendly, accommodating, they meet us feel right at home including swimming with us in the waterhole & our kids playing with their kids. Eddy the dog was a great tour guide, the kids had a fantastic time exploring the farm. The cottage was very clean, comfortable beds, everything a family with 6 kids aged 3 to 15 needed.
This has been one of the best holiday gateways ever for my family. The hosts were amazing. The property was clean and tidy. The best thing was the view!! Absolutely stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back in the future.
Wonderful farm, gorgeous pecan trees in bud and lovely creek with swimming hole. Our 3 dogs were safe in the well fenced yard and also enjoyed a run under the pecan trees( well supervised). We were welcomed in person which was nice, and the house was perfect for us...an old farm house with charm. Would definitely stay again.
Awesome location, very peaceful, well maintained. Great for the kids, dogs and us to simply have some downtime! Internet was excellent which really helped the kids cope with being away from the city life and all that goes with it! Owners very helpful. The garlic is awesome!
Bellbowra is a lovely place to stay. The 360 degree views of surrounding hills, orchards and forests bathe you in tranquility. The house is comfy and cosy. There are lots of places to explore within an easy driving distance. Kristy and Andy are friendly and helpful hosts. We loved our stay on a family farm.
My friend and I stayed two nights at the cottage on this beautiful property in Missabotti. Our hosts live on the property some distance away but the cottage is quite private.
The cottage is clean, comfortable and charming with a sheltered, furnished verandah on three sides. This allowed us to sit out watching the unfolding drama of rainstorms, morning mists, golden sunrises and sunsets across this amazingly beautiful,
landscape. The rustic garden around the cottage was fully fenced for our dogs which we were also able to walk through the fields and orchards to a magic swimming hole fringed by water lilies and ferns. Our host Andy was most welcoming. The surrounding area provides spectacular drives through towering forests of gum, palms and tree ferns which plunge steeply to lush fern gullies and creeks.
