Last available property in Yamba via searching various websites. Very pleased we secured this property for two nights last minute over NYE. The host Karen is a pleasure to communicate with. Property was excellent. Ideal location, overall will be booking for future stays.

This was a very practical spot for a family gathering. The pool was an asset with the children. Large enough for visitors to drop in. Quiet area. I can recommend the ferry for a look around the area.

Lovely quiet secure neighbourhood, a short stroll to town & surrounding beaches. The house and gardens were a little tired in areas. No air con saw us suffer through a few sweltering nights, thank goodness for the ceiling fans. Overall it was a nice stay!

House is lovely but a little tired in some areas and outside needs some tlc. Gardens are a mess. Vacuum cleaner doesnt suck and straw broom has seen better days and we couldnt sweep with it. Disappointed there was no doona covers on the beds. Neighbour over back fence is a winger as she said my dog howled when we left, however we left and stopped up the road and listened numerous times and there was no howling. We enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room inside the house. Yard is very small, nice quiet area

This beautiful home was situated 2 mins from the beach and hosted our family of 12 comfortably for a week's stay. Karen (our host) was attentive and welcoming and this property ensured we had all we needed for our stay. Five stars all round, lovely getaway and will definitely be back!

Wonderful family holiday

The property is spacious, clean and very thoughtfully planned. It was a nice place to relax after a day out at the beach, markets, park, pool or a day trip. The use of the pool at Sands was such an awesome bonus and the kids loved it. Thank you Karen, we had a very enjoyable extended family holiday.

We had a great stay.

Very happy overall. TV in main loungeroom was broken on arrival but Karen replaced it with a brand new one the next morning. Essentials all available in house which is nice (salt,pepper,tea,sugar,TP,etc). Pool is communal with neighbours and about 7 houses walk away, but was never crowded as beach is only the same distance again. Cost for a week was high but it was first week of summer holidays so is to be expected. Whilst there is no AC, there are ceiling fans throughout. Would definitely stay again.

The property comfortably accommodated 6 adults & 4 children, it was a close stroll to the beach & an enjoyable walk to the Yamba shopping strip. The house had discrete bedrooms, away from the living area, with a full range of kitchen utensils. Plenty of clean towels & linen. Everything you could need.
