The Space: A single level home with off street parking and garage, built only three years ago… super warm and quiet with double glazing and heat pump.
Two bedrooms feature comfy Queen beds both with TV’s. The master has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds. Bringing a little one? We have a portacot that will sleep up to an 18 month old. The family bathroom has a shower and bath.
Enjoy a large open plan kitchen, dining and living… the modern kitchen has all you need for eating in. An additional living area means there is a quiet space for the kids to login to Netflix and chill.
Guest Access: The home will be yours to enjoy.
Please be aware that you will be staying in a residential area so parties are strictly prohibited.
The Neighborhood: Papamoa is the largest and newest suburb of Tauranga enjoying sixteen kilometers of expansive sandy beaches. The perfect place to catch stunning sunrises, take a refreshing dip, build some sandcastles and enjoy a family day out.
Bikers, runners and walkers can explore the flat, traffic free trails around the pretty stormwater reserves and gardens.
Hikers can head up to the trails in the Papamoa Hills Regional Park. The hills trail takes you along the route of the old Maori Pa sites, still visible today.
For shoppers Fashion Island and Papamoa Plaza are worth checking out, as are the seasonal Little Big Markets and Dinner in the Domain.
With a wide selection of café’s, restaurants and bars dotted along Papamoa you’ll find it difficult to try them all….. Finish off your day with a new movie at the new Tivoli Cinema at Golden Sands.
With Te-Puke, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, ASB BayPark, Bayfair Shopping Centre, BayWave Leisure all within easy reach you’ll find plenty to do for all the family.

The house was spotless and everything was fresh and new. We were very comfortable there. A great and safe layout for young families with the bedrooms all together at one end and a fully fenced garden. Well supplied with crockery etc and even a herb garden.

Stayed here last weekend, the location was ideal and fairly clean apart from a few ants. I did enjoy my stay but unfortunately the experience was ruined on my return home when the host charged me for carpet stains I didnt make. Luckly I had taken photos the day I arrived and was able to contest the 180 charge, once my photos (evidence of the stain being there before I checked in) were sent to bookabach support the host then remembered they had taken photos of the house before my arrival but forgot to do their due diligence and check these before taking my money. If you do stay at this house or any others with this host I would recommend you take photos/videos before and after your stay. I was sad the experience ended this way as it was a lovely stay but now I will be more cautious about taking photo evidence at check in and check out with future bookings on this site.
