Enjoy the sun drenched days of Negril Jamaica on a two-acre beachfront estate with uncompromised privacy and breathtaking views of Seven Mile Beach on Long Bay - a stunning location for weddings and receptions.

The four-bedroom beachhouse villa and guest cottage can accommodate families and groups of up to ten persons.

The house is flanked by two private beaches and a red clay tennis court.

It is fully staffed by 2-3 housekeepers, groundskeeper and security guard.
This colonial beach house villa offers all the amenities expected of any high end property - fully-staffed, entertainment center, free WiFI, exercise and watersports equipment and a red-clay tennis court.

It can accommodate up to 11 guests. Cribs, playpens and high chairs are available.

All the beds have personal air coolers that guarantee great comfort while sleeping.

Ceiling fans provide constant circulation of refreshing Caribbean sea breezes.

Two private sandy beaches have shallow entries and ideal for children.

We had the best, most relaxing, amazing food, vacation at our much loved Llantrissant! The team who runs Llantrissant are TOP NOTCH and now feel like family to us! We will return for our annual family vacation to Llantrissant every year! 10/10

Perfect family hideaway with all the amenities, staff and privacy!

We loved the outdoor grounds. There was so much space and so much to do. The private beaches with our Little’s were perfect bc of calm waters. We paddle boarded every day, and we had all meals on the large deck.

Spent my Birthday at this wonderful property

Felt fortunate to have found this property between 7 Mile Beach and the Cliffs with its own sandy beach. Beautiful expansive grounds and the ladies of the house took wonderful care of us. It is an old house with its quirks but accommodated our group of 11 comfortably. We especially enjoyed the veranda where we had most of our meals. Would stay there again.

Relaxing and Beautiful Fam Vacay

The house is perfect. The grounds were massive and they house had so much to do from paddle boarding, playing tennis, playing on the private beach with calm water, to all meals being eaten outside on the huge deck. The exterior of the home is special!! The staff was awesome and everyone made our stay with three little kids really easy and comfortable. We also felt very safe and we were very close to all the restaurants and town, if we wanted to go anywhere.

We chose Llantrissant over Beaches, and would do it again 1000 times over.

From booking to our transport back to the airport our stay here was phenomenal. I can not say enough about the staff here. The ladies kept the house immaculate (even with 6 people dragging sand all over from the beach), the meals they cooked were delicious everytime, the grounds keeper was always on top of keeping the beach and grounds clean, and the security staff were awesome and friendly as well. The whole staff just takes you in on your arrival and make you feel like family.

Engagement Party/Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our privacy and the great care staff provided. The food was exceptional. We traveled as 2 families for an engagement. There was plenty of room, and an exceptional private beach, kayaks and paddleboards, a tennis/pickleball court, and Bocci area. The pristine location and well kept grounds fetl like our own private retreat, yet we could walk to the seven mile beach, and for shopping. It was truly relaxing. We were able to host a dinner for family and friends out on the point that was exceptional. And a local driver took our whole group when we wanted to go out to dinner, on a sunset cruise, and more. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. We will be back. Thank so much to all

My family and friends had a most unforgettable and amazing time vacationing at Llantrissant. The pictures on VRBO does not reflect the beauty of the property. The grounds and the foliage is historical and so enchanting. The private beaches and the extras were well enjoyed. The staff was excellent and made us feel at home. Excellently cooked food and very clean. We were safe and security was always available to help. We loved staying at Dr. Travis’ home and hope to return often. The only issue we had was that one bathroom was not functioning. Much effort was put into trying to fix it but it wasn’t fixed before we left. Also, we loved the dogs Max and Stella. Great dogs!

Serenity

We would love to stay again! This place was simply amazing. It felt like home and exactly the kind of place we'd want to be in Jamaica. We spent a lot of time outdoors, engaging in water activities with the children and enjoying sandy playtime with our 15-month-old, who couldn't get enough – she was in her element. There were plenty of secluded spots on the property where members of our group could have intimate moments to reflect and relax. The staff were absolutely wonderful and felt like an extension of our family. The meals prepared by the staff were fantastic, and we didn't feel the need to explore other dining options. The place was clean and charming, and we were fascinated by the history and subtle changes since its construction. The doors and shutters allowed for a natural breeze and ensured comfort throughout our stay. Max, the dog, became my toddler's best friend :) Overall, this experience was truly worth it, and I would come back again and again.
