KEY WEST INSPIRED STUDIO W/ VAULTED CIELINGS. SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH!

Mallory is our Studio 1 bedroom cottage located in Virginia Beach, 3 minute walk from the boardwalk and sand. This home offers one bedroom, one full bath and sleeps 4 Max. As you enter you will notice the vaulted ceilings in the living room that has a pullout sofa bed. The bedroom has one queen bed and the bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertop and tiled backsplash. Other bonuses include free wireless internet and TVs in each room.

Located on Arctic Ave in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District we are a three-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and much more.

The mindset and goal in developing this community was to offer a comfortable tropical beach themed setting with attention to detail and providing the ultimate in upscale vacation rentals. With 17 homes available, each one has been completely renovated to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable.

Because we have multiple units, the calendar you see will not accurately reflect our availability, so please call or email to see what comparable homes are available. Our staff will be happy to answer whatever questions you may have.

Don’t stay here. Scam

Awful experience. Didn’t get my money back when THEIR a/c went out. They called 30 min before arrival to mention there was no AC but refused to give a refund because they technically offered a different place to stay, significantly more disgusting place to stay. Horrible cleaning, bugs everywhere, mouse poop in the pull out couch. It was the basement of another unit and was mold and damaged drywall that had gotten painted over. list goes on, just a brutal experience that they kept my money over. VRBO didn’t help either, 30-50 minute call waiting to attempt a refund. Don’t stay here.

Great location, Good rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of these rental properties is excellent: only two blocks from beach access and the boardwalk. However, I think this property (Mallory) would be better suited for a couple or group without kids. We have two kids, ages 2 and <1. The rental did have a pull-out couch, but we opted to use a travel bed and a pack-n-play instead. First of all, the pull-out couch could not be pulled out without moving the chair in the living space into the middle of the floor in front of the door. Not a big deal, but inconvenient. The biggest problem we had was that there are no doors in the unit except for the toilet closet. So nothing separating the living/kitchen from the bedroom, and nothing separating the bedroom from the bathroom. Additionally, there was no shower curtain, so anyone taking a shower was open to the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom (and the window). This was a problem for us and, I assume, might be for others staying here as has been previously mentioned in other reviews. Finally, because of the lack of a shower curtain, water consistently splashed out onto the bathroom floor. There was a bath mat, but by the end of our stay, it was soaked and did not dry in-between days. One last comment, the unit does share a wall in the kitchen with the neighboring unit. This was not a problem for us, but with screaming and crying kids, I hope it was not a problem for the neighbors. Overall, for the price, the unit was clean, the owners were prompt in responding, and the location was excellent, but we may check out a different unit in the future.
