The kitchen has stone counter tops, updated appliances and is fully stocked to offer everything needed for cooking and grilling with a gas BBQ on the private deck. Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace in the comfortable living room with Flat Screen TV/DVD and WiFi access. The living room has a sofa sleeper and the master bedroom has a queen bed with a Flat Screen TV. A bonus work space area offers a desk to allow remote working. With dining area for 4, additional kitchen bar seating for 4, as well as a deck with seating to enjoy the beautiful location and views of Snowcreek. On site amenities include a Jacuzzi and outside parking. This unit is located near the red shuttle route. This unit is pet friendly so you can bring Fido along. One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. With a private washer/dryer this unit offers all the amenities to provide the ultimate convenience. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
