This stunning 4th-floor oceanside villa has been beautifully remodeled and offers a fresh, modern feel with new flooring, furnishings, appliances, and kitchen worktops.

This villa features 2 bedrooms, including a master with a queen-sized bed and a guest room with two twin-sized beds. It also has 2 bathrooms and a combined living/dining area. Enjoy ocean views from the living room!

Nestled on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza. Carolina Beach Club is a prime oceanside property, located approximately 70 yards from the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent trip to Hilton Head Island right next to Coligny Park and Beach! Very clean and well-maintained unit. Access to the Ocean Oak amenities was a huge bonus! Vacation Time Staff was very responsive and helpful even prior to the visit. The unit is right in the middle of beach activities, shopping, and good food! Lots of fresh seafood options and if you want a change of pace, New York City Pizza was great!

We had a great stay. We thought the unit was a bit bigger from the pictures. We enjoyed the comfort and close amenities of the beach, pool etc. Beautiful sunrises!

When it is almost 100 degrees outside; it is upsetting to come into rental with no air conditioning! We called checkin and they sent maintenance who brought us a fan and some air conditioning going. We left room as much as we could so worker was in our room not us. We should have been credited a refund of one day of our vacation!!!

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property. Location was great. Close to Coligny, but a bit further away so not too crowded. Enjoyed the amenities of the Hilton property. The pools were very nice and great access to the beach. A bit disappointed we only received one amenity card, which was hard to share with four people. Parking was limited in the evening, but there is overflow parking across the street. One thing to note, pool towels were not included with the property so happy we brought ours from home. The unit was very nice and clean. A bit cramped for four adults. Overall, a good stay and great value for the money.

Wonderful property! The location was absolutely perfect for our beach week. The grounds are beautiful and the access was easy. We flew in from out of state so being able to easily rent beach chairs and an umbrella was a relief. The property was renovated and clean, and had everything we needed for the week.

Great Location

Right on the beach with a partial view. Clean updated place, rather small, nicely done. You get most of the amenities of the Hilton, which is a huge perk. We would stay here again.

Here’s the updated version with that added in smoothly:The unit is a nice two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a small kitchen and living room area. It worked well for the cooking we did and the little bit of hangout time we spent inside. Most of the time, you’ll want to be outside enjoying the pool, beach, and sunshine, so the smaller size didn’t bother us since we were mostly there to sleep and eat.The pool and beach space are fabulous. The pool closest to the hotel is not heated, but it’s a wonderful place to lay out and relax, and it has a nice warm hot tub nearby. The front pool closest to the beach is zero-entry, very family-friendly, warm, and just a great time overall. The beach was amazing as well, with only a short walk to the ocean. We loved all the amenities this place had to offer.The covered parking below the Hilton building for Carolina Beach Club was a nice bonus. You get wristbands to wear showing you have access to the pool, and one key card for accessing the pool area and gym, so you just need to be mindful of who is carrying the card.The unit could use a little extra attention with cleaning, especially the pillows and some wall marks, and the kitchen could be stocked a bit better. Overall, it was a good stay, and I plan to return to this building again.

Carolina Beach Club

We enjoyed our vacation. The location was right on the beach. The swimming pool was beautiful and included a separate hot tub. The outdoor bar and grill was right there near the pool and beach. The master bedroom was especially nice. The second bedroom had twin beds and was rather dark. Overall though it was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was a small balcony with a tall table and two chairs and an electric grill. We used this area all the time.

Great amenities and location.

Cute place. The location and property amenities at this place are great! Only downfall was having issues with our key pad password, but the management was quick to help. Our key code also stopped working the day before scheduled check out. The property manager staff was readily available to help, but was an inconvenience. Only downside was the condo was not detail cleaned, mostly in showers. Mattress could use upgrade as well. Kitchen untencils/serve ware amenities lacking too.

Can walk to many things. Unit is updated and nicely decorated. Parking is a little tight. No extra pillows, blankets, or linens found in this unit and the sheets and towels were rough as sandpaper. One bedroom was freezing while the other was too warm. Otherwise no issues. Someone was checking arm bands at the pool and lots of people not supposed to be there so it was good to see enforcement bc some days it was packed. Cons were minor and easily fixable.

Nice cozy condo

Clean and nicely updated. Nice side ocean view! Comfortable beds and furnishings. Nice showers in both baths. Pool and beach access and amenities are awesome. Some things needing work: patio door needs replaced, patio carpet is old/stained, no hooks for wet towels/suits (this has been mentioned by others and a huge inconvenience at the beach! You could hang several hooks in hallway and/or bathrooms), tiny kitchen trash can fills and needs taken out daily, two very small dull knives, no cutting boards, no cereal bowls. Guest room bathroom door collides with bedroom entry door and no hallway access to either bathroom. Building is older which means slow, hot elevator (that doesn’t always work, doors wouldn’t open several times on 4th floor and took you back down). We love this location but for the reasons stated above we would choose a different unit next time.

Thank you for your review. Owner is putting up more towel hooks and a towel rack on the balcony this weekend. Elevator is being replaced this fall. Corner cabinet has to be opened all the way to expose all of the dishes and bowls. Just came from there and there is a whole stack of nice bowls. Sliding door does need to have one of its' rollers replace, they tend to corrode in the salt air.

Although this property shares the same location as Ocean Oak, it is completely separate from the Hilton property. It is much smaller than the Ocean Oak units, but you do get access to the pools and pool bar. The unit was clean, but it is not that well equipped with cooking utensils, ect. It is the first place we have stayed without dresser drawers to store clothing, because the bedrooms are so small. Parking is also an issue if you have more than one vehicle. For the money, I think there are much better options. All that said, we still enjoyed the week and beach.

This condo was clean and served our family great. The air worked great which was a plus. No complaints about the condo at all! We were frustrated at the property management company however. The lack of directions of how to get into the condo was frustrating. But above all, the parking was horrendous, if you can get even find a spot. We received a parking pass at check in but there was no available parking at all. I called the management company and was basically told unfortunately other people park in their lots and they don’t patrol it, and we were essentially out of luck. The paperwork they handed us at check in says in print “parking is patrolled and all non clients will be towed at owners expense.” If we pay for a unit- which includes a parking tag, we should be guaranteed a spot. Period. Super frustrating and inconvenient. We had a great trip and the condo is beautiful. The parking situation needs to be managed and patrolled better.

This property was almost exactly as described. The pictures of the interior were accurate. The location of the property couldn’t be more ideal. I asked a couple of times if there were any beach chairs or umbrellas in the unit and was told no both times. Because of that, we stopped at Walmart on our way and purchased 3 chairs and 2 umbrellas. Once we got there we found 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. (We found out that One umbrella was broken once we tried to put it up at the beach). Not a big deal, but we had to go back to Walmart and return a couple of chairs and umbrellas. The check in process was a breeze and the woman I dealt with couldn’t have been nicer . I will warn anyone that’s checking in after us, there is literally NOTHING in the kitchen as far as condiments go. A small container of salt and pepper and a small bottle of oil would cost a couple of dollars and go a very long way! The beds were comfortable but I would agree with another past reviewer that the pillows could use an upgrade. We were each provided 2 towels, 1 wash cloth and one hand towel for the week. More would have been nice, but we made do and also used our pool towels in a pinch. The grill on the deck was rusty and unusable, but we didn’t care because we had no intention of using it. There were multiple grills available to use on the property. Also, the Kurig coffee maker in the condo was broken. I would definitely use this vacation company again, but would book a different unit next time.
