The fully upgraded kitchen features elegant sage colored cabinetry, modern finishes, and everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. Recessed lighting throughout the first floor creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A cozy breakfast nook seats four, while the adjacent formal dining room offers seating for six.

Nice little stay at HH

Loved the location and the resort. Well maintained across the board. Our unit was lovely and perfect for our family. Could use a little updating, but we still loved our stay. Would recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at 903 Inverness for the entire month of February. A quick walk down the road and you'll find an alligator sitting on the bank of a little Pond. Now that's something you don't see every day! The house was great and accommodated our guest who came to visit. The beds are really comfortable and the primary bathroom shower, well I still miss it! The kitchen is really well stocked, but be sure and bring all your own stuff that's not listed. Definitely bring more dish towels and wash rags. Unfortunately the dishwasher broke down on us after our first couple days and it took a good week to replace. Palmetto Dunes issued us a gift card for our trouble. The only thing I will say is that this townhouse sits on a golf hole. I don't know which one but it's part of the Fazio golf course. The Landscape crew shows up a little after 6 AM, and for us that was in the dark, with loud two-stroke engines and lawnmowers with bright lights, and if you're not an early riser, it can be quite annoying. Luckily for us, once our guest left, we moved to the first floor bedroom, which faces the driveway and we didn't hear a sound. All the bathrooms, especially the first floor, need a facelift, but overall, it's a good space.

Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy Palmetto Dunes resort but for the first time we stayed in a villa that was shabby, run down and absolutely filthy: dirty sofas (stains everywhere), dirty rugs, dirty windows, missing screens. The place is dark and dingy, the bathrooms need updating. Actually the whole place needs updating. The actual kitchen and bathroom fixtures were clean so this is not the cleaners’ fault but rather an issue with a run down property. I would NOT recommend this rental to anyone. But the resort is very nice: nice tennis courts, restaurants, beaches.

It is a bit worn,ie the TV sectional area has seen better days; Very worn and has many stains, some seats sink almost to the ground. The beds are very comfortable, master mattress is really good; twins could be upgraded. There is an unbelievable amount of leaves etc on the deck as it’s so covered by trees it would be nice to have a small blower in the unit. The view is just ok, very blocked by trees. This is truly a rental unit and looks like it. We spent the month of March in it and overall were very happy other than things mentioned. The location is great right at the front of Inverness, 2 min walk to the pool. Bathrooms are nice, spacious and were clean. Very spacious compared to the 2 bedroom units.

This villa is great for 6 people- we had 4 adults and 2 teens for a week in August. The layout was perfect for us. This villa had everything and possibly more than our own home. The back deck was right on the golf course and yet within short walking distance to the pool. And my grandson and son went fishing by the lagoon/waterway almost every day while my daughter in law and granddaughter lounged at the pool. Kids and adults enjoyed it tremendously. We would highly recommend it and we would surely try to rent it again if we needed that much room.

We have always gotten a great home or Villa and this again was great. We had everything we needed, the air conditioning worked extremely well. The cooking and baking supplies in kitchen we marvelous. Having access to the tennis courts and private pool were awesome. Our view on the golf course was beautiful. Furniture was very comfy also.
