Desert Tortoise is a 4 bedroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 4.5 bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa with a Private Hot Tub. It is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite counter-tops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private.

Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Perfect rental with fun amenities for a family

House was great & very close to my kids softball tournament field. Was amazing being right there by the golf course our family got in 18 holes in on the course as well as some pickleball over our weekend stay.And of course the view from the hot tub was absolutely beautiful.

Great vacation property

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and the location was far enough from the city to be private, yet only a few minutes drive into town. The hot tub was a nice touch also. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Views, Loved the Hot Tub

The Ledges is a bit out of the main action of St. George, which we thought would be a down side, but it ended up being a plus. The setting is amazing, the views at sunset and of the stars was incredible, especially from the hot tub at night. Our teenager loved the setting, and the property itself was clean, new, and beautiful. We hope to bring more folks down again soon.

Fantastic property exactly like listing description. Easy access to Zion and other nearby parks. Plenty of room for our group of 7 and you could easily sleep several more.

Plenty of beds and baths ... room to visit and enjoy family. Love the pickle ball courts and private hot tub. A couple of the bathrooms were a little dirty with hair in drains and floors with smudges but overall pretty clean. Would happily stay again.

Very nice property, clean and in good repair. Has all the utensils and kitchen items you would ever need. I would like to see new bath towels. Other than that it was perfect for our family group.
