This Beach Front Condo offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Chahue Beach.

Enjoy your stay in this private 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo situated in a beautifully maintained and artistically designed building. Each bedroom offers a King size bed, with luxurious soft linens. As an added feature, the guest room King bed has the capability to be split into 2 twin beds. Both rooms boast very spacious personal bathrooms, complete with toilet, shower and vanity. Each room also has access to a private balcony which overlooks the pool and a park like setting completely landscaped by Palm trees and the Pacific Ocean. Absolutely breathtaking!

Feel the warm sun on your skin as you lounge in the hammock on the deck or choose to go for a stroll in the adjoining park or along the pristine white sandy beach. There are also two private beach club houses if you choose to stop and have a drink, a meal or plan to hang out for the day. For exercise buffs there is a gym located 2 minutes away and a Pickleball court across the street.

The area is very safe and it is an easy walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Getting around is also convenient by the affordable and abundant taxi service. Renting a car is not necessary to enjoy the local area. Private car service and guides can also be arranged for longer trips and getting around for sight seeing opportunities. It should be noted that ample parking is provided for those who do choose to rent cars, in our remote controlled, gated parking area.

Although Restaurant options are plentiful we also have a spacious kitchen completely outfitted for personal food preparation. In house Chef services can also be arranged. You can enjoy your meals on the balcony that seats 6, or at the dining table while enjoying the panoramic landscape, viewed from every window.

All your comforts will be met during your stay. This condo is fully air conditioned and also completely outfitted with large ceiling fans. It is also equipped with cable TV, DVD player and internet access. There is a full size laundry room ensuite for your convenience, although laundry service can also be arranged if you prefer.

To complete your Huatulco experience we offer a wide range of services in a A-la-Carte menu fashion. We can have a driver greet you at the airport and hand deliver you to your personal concierge at your condo. Arrive to a stocked pantry. Hire a chef to cook your meals. If interested in further exploring the area choose from a number of day trips complete with a driver who also acts as your escort and tour guide. Or if you are looking for more adventure lengthen your exploration to larger trips.

Whether you want to spend some quiet time and never leave the condo and beach area or you are seeking adventure or a bit of both, this place offers many possibilities.

We were very impressed with this well situated, well equipped property. It was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable! The furnishings were both functional and comfortable. Everything you’d ever need was in this place! Easy communication with the owner and property manager. Pool was warm and clean. The beach is a stone’s throw away and it’s an easy 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Many restaurants are within an easy walking distance. I have absolutely no critiques of this property…absolutely loved it!

First, I would like to say Huatulco is beautiful! We were picked up at the airport courtesy of the condo owners. Alberto was so kind and gave us lots of information of the surrounding area. At the condo we met Maria and Wendy who managed the property who were also beautiful souls. The condo was clean & equipped with everything that you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time staying in Huatulco at Playa Chahue. The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. It was a perfect spot for us to relax, rejuvenate, all while enjoying the sea and sand of the many bays and beaches. Working poolside or on the large balcony was a huge plus for those in our group working remotely. Any and all communications with the owner were handled promptly and pleasantly. From pickup at the airport, to our many snorkeling adventures, our guided bay tour, and numerous samplings of local cuisine - Everything exceeded our expectations. If we were to choose other destinations, we can only hope to clone this space.

Quiet bright large Condo with all we needed

Well situated on Chahue beach , this condo has charm, so many well thought out amenities, security, a beautiful large quiet pool, we just loved it. We travel around the world, we’re so impressed, we will not hesitate to stay at this condo again. A big outdoor balcony overlooking the pool, washer dryer, comfortable master bed. Huge kitchen impressively well stocked and a water cooler that was a real plus with the heat. As long as you abide by the pool, rules and in using the garbage and composting , you are in for a wonderful stay. We also rented a one bedroom condo for our parents in the complex. Having big ceiling fans and air conditioning in all the rooms was very handy as mid April it is hot ( average 30C ). Thank you to Wendy the owner for all the thoughtful considerations this condo offered to make our vacation a big success.

The Good and the Bad

This is an older condo, furnishing a bit dated but airy and spacious. Very near the beach. Beautiful pool but check ahead to see if maintenance is scheduled for during your stay. It could be closed for 3 or more days. Unfortunately the condo is located 250 metes from La Papaya, a dance club and bar. They blast disco music from 10 on to 4 am every Friday and Saturday night. Impossible to sleep even with windows closed and air-conditioning on for white noise. Although we were spared a wedding at the venue right next door I understand they occur frequently during high season. I had specifically asked the host if this was a quiet rental so you can imagine my disappointment.

Everything about the property was excellent. From the beginning, we were met and explained everything. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. There were so many extras such as beach chairs and umbrella's, noodles for floating, small tote cooler and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. You could see the ocean from the balcony which has a nice table and chairs for outside dining and a nice hammock.. that we enjoyed every morning and late evening. We were able to walk to several restaurants and the supermarket. Other great restaurants and shops were a short taxi ride away. 35 pesos. Want to add the beds were very comfortable. The driver that was recommended Alfredo was excellent also. We went on a tour of the area with him and another day to the waterfalls. He was polite, professional and well informed of the culture of the area. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. We will be back and will recommend to all our family and friends

Great condo well located

First, the quality of the condo for design and cleanliness was top notch. For two couples it was very comfortable. The kitchen and baths were very well set up with everything that we needed. Water glasses, wine glasses, shot glasses, pots, pans and ample dishes. Secondly, the location was also great; 5 minute walk to the Chahue bay, 25 minute walk to La Crucecita and other beaches within 25 minute walk on either side of Chahue bay. Overall a great stay and we would consider staying there again.

My first visit to Huatulco was in the early 1990's. It was a hidden gem to visit and mostly served as a holiday destination for the Mexican people. As time went by its' popularity increased and it is now a popular international vacation destination. My family returned to Huatulco around 2010. We rented a condo at Sueno del Mar and immediately fell in love with the building and the surrounding area. After several Christmas vacations as return renters we opted to buy into the building and have owned our own condo since 2017. We are very happy with our decision to purchase and we are equally happy to share our beautiful home with you. We hope you enjoy the tranquility of the area and the charm of the people as we do.
