About this property

My home is situated in between the YANCHEP lagoon and the national park. I build my home 2 years ago and have invested in a water filtration system and solar. Recently I had a pergola build which has extended the living area. It is open plan with 2 bedrooms available. I do not have a street in front of my house you walk out on to a park which is very quiet. Everything is close by the beach national park and golf course. The shopping centre is about 5 minutes drive. No bookings after 3 months in advance please.

I have made a lot of friends here people are so friendly. I'm working part time for Tryact where we assist cancer patients by driving them to there treatments. I am a member of the art gallery near the lagoon and have taught macrame. I like to keep active by going to exercise classes twice a week
