Apart from a glitch with the cleaner that was quickly sorted we had a great time at the house. Quiet neighbourhood and views of the bay. Only a few minutes drive to Mt Martha shops and beach.

Great property poor presentation.

Excellent location and nice property but seriously let down by finer details. Very dirty BBQ, dirty windows especially considering that the high price surely was in recognition of the view. Insufficient toilet paper, ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms did not work, no washing up liquid or tablets for the dishwasher, no niceties like tea or coffee despite having a coffee machine.

Great spot

Great spot in terms of spaciousness, view, wifi, kid friendly, etc but a view things could be adjusted or advised upon booking. There was no coffee machine or milk frother as seen in the advertised pics, nor were there any tea towels. The hot water ran out very quickly between the kids and 4 adults. And the heating doesn’t work downstairs if the upstairs area is cosy snd warm from the fire. Overall, if you’re aware of this and prepared, you can have the most divine stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - it was well presented, the checkin / checkout process was seamless and the views from the lounge (in front of the fireplace) were gorgeous!

Great views & Chilled Setting

Great place to relax, sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. Had everything we needed, was clean, in great condition and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Lovely home, fabulous views!

The property was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We especially appreciated the fact that both linen and bath towels were provided and there was no need to make the beds when we arrived! Would definitely recommend!
