Only a short 500 meter stroll to the bay beaches and popular Blairgowrie Cafe strip and shops. Beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday retreat with shaded alfresco deck and established gardens - relax and enjoy.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.

The Space:

Nestled within a private, treed yard, this holiday home offers a light drenched, open-plan living area with airy vaulted ceilings and a shaded deck perfect for entertaining. This property is thoughtfully planned with entrance opening to the large living, dining and new fully equipped kitchen space; while the bedrooms are at the rear of the property for extra privacy and quiet.

The generous Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity. Across the hallway are the other two bedrooms, one with Queen bed and desk, and the other with two Single beds and Trundle. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning.

The sleek kitchen has quality appliances, generous bench space with stools, and opens to the dining area and spacious comfortable lounge making it ideal for preparing meals while entertaining.

The lounge, with comfy leather arm chairs and couch, has a large sliding door that opens the entire space onto the covered deck with dining and plenty of seating amidst a tranquil, well-kept garden. The interior is modern and inviting with little extras one needs on a beach holiday, such as a coffee machine, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and lovely relaxation areas perfect for lounging in the sun or gazing at the stars on a clear summer's night.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

Neat and tidy but small
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was neat and tidy and had everything you needed. Location was great. Walls are paper thin and the home is small. Living room set up not great for a family. Was overpriced for what it offers.
