Welcome to Sanctuary on Walbrook, your ideal retreat in the charming area of Rye on the Mornington Peninsula This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, making it a great choice for family get-togethers or friendly reunions.



Step outside to enjoy a fantastic outdoor living space. The large garden offers plenty of room for children to play and for adults to relax. The private heated pool (seasonal heating Oct-April) is surrounded by a spacious deck with a comfortable seating area, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit or enjoy the warmth of the outdoor chiminea, ideal for cosy chats and toasted marshmallows.



Inside, the home is designed with your comfort in mind. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom with thoughtful amenities. The other bedrooms offer comfortable beds and quality linens to ensure restful nights.



The fully-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, cook top, microwave, sandwich press, fridge, and freezer for your convenience. The family dining area is perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with fresh local produce. The spacious living room offers a smart TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment.



For indoor fun, the games room is a highlight, located separately at the rear of the house. It features a foosball table, a table tennis table, a comfy couch, and beanbags, making it a perfect spot for all ages to unwind and have fun.

This fabulous four bedroom home offers:

Bedroom 1 with 1 Queen Bed, walk in robe, and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. With split system - air conditioning and heating.

Bedroom 2 with 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 3 with 1 x Tri Bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on the top)

Bedroom 4 with 2x Single beds.

Family Bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Firewood is supplied



Outdoor pets are considered on application, if approved there will be a one-off pet fee of $60 that will apply.



Strictly No Schoolies or Party style bookings.

If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
