Summary:
Roses Bach is a classic Waiheke holiday home set in a sunny, elevated position above Onetangi Beach. Light filled and relaxed, it offers easy access to the beach and the cafés and restaurants along the waterfront, making it a simple, well located base for guests who want sea air, open views, and an uncomplicated island stay.
The Space:
Roses Bach is an easy, open plan home designed for beach days and slow holiday living. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are connected and bright, opening through glass sliders to a north facing deck with elevated sea views. Sunlight moves through the home throughout the day, and the deck becomes a natural extension of the living space.
The galley kitchen is well set up for holiday cooking and works well for shared meals and casual entertaining. Most guests gravitate to the deck, which suits morning coffee in the sun, long lunches, and relaxed evenings looking out over the water. Inside, the furnishings are comfortable and family friendly, with space to unwind after time at the beach.
This is a true Waiheke bach. Uncomplicated, welcoming, and closely connected to the coastline.
Please note the television plays DVDs only, and a small selection is provided.
