This is the 2nd year I've stayed in this adorable condo. I take my Mother in law and my best friend to the Elvis Festival every year and I very luckily found this condo. It will be our forever destination. It's just the perfect size for us and incredibly convenient to other locations we frequent. We absolutely love it. And the view??! WOW!!! The condo was well maintained and very clean. Location was very nice. The only issue was the people staying next to us were smoking marijuana and cigarettes out on their deck and in the unit. It seeped into our unit. They were also very loud and disorderly.

Check in was easy. The condo was nice and ocean front was great. Plenty of access and area for beach set up. Beds were decent and the master bath was very nice. Our only issue during our 2 week stay was we saw roaches in the kitchen. Talked to the rental company and they sent someone over the next day to spray. We also sprayed the kitchen every night with raid. Still ended up seeing more. I know it's the south, but that's a deal breaker for us. Won't stay here again in the future. Unfortunate, as the place and beach area were nice.
