Light and bright, this lovely home has been freshly painted and newly furnished. Enter the front foyer featuring traditional knotty pine. To the right, the open living room has comfortable furniture, a flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi and a table perfect for games and puzzles (fireplace is decorative, not for tenant use).

Just off the living room is a lovely enclosed sun porch with two day beds and a ceiling fan--a nice place to relax with a good book.

Off the left of the foyer is the dining room with a large dining table and plenty of seating. Access the roomy, nicely equipped kitchen from the dining room or living room. There is a half bath off the kitchen and the exterior kitchen door leads to the backyard.

All of the home's three bedrooms are on the second floor, accessed by a staircase in the front foyer. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a twin with trundle (two twins), bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower on the second floor as well.

Lots of fun board games and jigsaw puzzles in the living room and a ping pong table in the basement.

This property has a nice backyard with outdoor dining table and chairs and a gas grill--an ideal spot for a Cape Cod barbecue. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower and hammock.

Walk to town via Uncle Tim's Island and Uncle Tim's Bridge--less than a half mile to East Commercial Street. Access the island at the end of the road, then follow the bridge to East Commercial Street. Visit the wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants at Wellfleet center and at the town pier. Walk down the hill to the end of the road, then along the beach for swimming at high tide. Walk to PJ's for a fresh seafood fix! Short drive to Moby Dick's for more seafood, the town's beloved bay beaches, ocean beaches and fresh water ponds. Short drive to golfing, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, hiking trails and historic sites, the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking and walking path, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, the Wellfleet Drive-In and much more. Head a bit further into Truro or Provincetown for even more fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

2023 - I've stayed at this property with my family of six for two years now and I'm definitely booking again. The house is super clean, organized, and bright. It has every amenity you can ask for and ample space for us all. Outside is a fabulous outdoor shower, which we use a lot. Its location is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the quaint town center of Wellfleet with its many shops, restaurants, and galleries, and also to town beach. It's also a short drive or bike ride to the amazing glacial ponds and several ocean beaches.
