Sagee Woods

This is a pet friendly home for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

This gorgeous home offers the best of both worlds. Convenient to town, yet far enough away to provide a tranquil and private setting. Rustic elegance greets you as soon as you step into the foyer with its vaulted ceilings and beautiful staircase leading to the upper floor.

The open concept kitchen and living room is the perfect place for gatherings of friends and family. You will love the kitchen with its high-end appliances, beautiful countertops, and an island perfect for making cookies or sitting a spell to plan menus or enjoy a casual meal.

The stone fireplace in the living room provides a cozy, comfy respite for reading or watching TV and the adjoining dining room with it’s gorgeous dining table lends itself to fine dining or working a jigsaw puzzle.

The main level master retreat with King bed, seating area in front of a fireplace and beautifully appointed ensuite is the ultimate in luxury. Three more bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs provide plenty of space and privacy.

The crowning jewel of this home is the large, screened in porch with a fireplace and gaming table. With plenty of seating, it's the perfect gathering space. Just 2.5 miles from the quaint town of Highlands with its award winning restaurants, spas, art galleries, world-class shopping, a famous regional art center called the Bascom, a Playhouse, a Performing Arts Center and numerous hiking trails and waterfalls, this is the perfect vacation getaway.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by tenant, a reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by tenant, less an administrative fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Fall Break

We had a wonderful stay with our family ranging from age 13-74. The house was very spacious and clean. The manager was easy to work with. The house is in a great, convenient location. I will definitely be saving this to go back in the future.

Highlands Trip

Highlands is our favorite place, and this was by far one of the greatest houses we have rented. The house was beautiful but comfortable, well stocked, and the two wood burning fireplaces were amazing! There was so much room for our toddlers to crawl/walk, and Alicen was always quick to reply and help us with any question! What a gorgeous house and a wonderful week for our family! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The team was responsive when I had questions. I appreciated your help. Alicen and Susan were very helpful. And Lori answered many of my questions prior to my arrival since this was the first time I have used your rental company. One suggestion...In the past when we have rented Highlands properties, including this one, we were able to send a check for our stay and avoid any extra charges incurred by using a cc. It would be nice if you would accept a check. I offered to send one and was told by Lori that I had to use a cc and pay the fee.
