A cosy, recently renovated home with 3 bedrooms (1 multi-purpose room that can be converted into an additional bedroom, for a total of 4) and 3 bathrooms. Outdoor area with a grassy yard in the front and on the side, and a gourmet area in the back with a barbecue, half-bath, laundry room, and heated pool (use at an additional cost). The house was recently redecorated throughout and features a Smart TV in the living room and master suite. Plus, it’s a 7-minute walk from the beach.
