My home was fully renovated and you will be super happy with my home, it's like no other in Downtown Vancouver! You will have full access to my private 7 person hot tub as well as tonnes of outdoor space 1650 sq ft with patio furniture, fire tables, outdoor dining table, and chairs that seats 8 people!

What makes this property unique

This is a two-level Penthouse that offers three bedrooms (the third bedroom is not a storage room converted to a bedroom like other properties claiming to be 3 bedrooms). My penthouse is one of the few properties that have built-in air conditioning (not the portables air conditioners), luxury high-end finishings and appliances, and has the largest, private outdoor patio for your exclusive use during your stay!
