About this property

STUDIO APT inc pool & the best of Orange close by

The Studio sits in the grounds of Thornleigh near Orange. You will have a Queen bed, beautiful linen, Wifi, TV, living space, a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The Studio opens out on to a 25m pool for morning laps and a tennis court (racquets available). We are perfectly located for walking, running and cycling too. Basic breakfast goodies provided. We encourage individuals who like the peace and quiet of the country and want access to the best of Orange.

Please note the we do love accepting your lovely four-legged friends but there is a “Dog Fee” attached to your booking. Some tiny dogs are of course not so hairy as others but we have created a flat fee to make it easy. Here is the break-down:
One dog per night $30.00, If you are bringing 2 dogs it is $50 per night.
For two nights the Dog fee for one dog is $50.00, and for two dogs it is $75.00 for both nights inclusive of both dogs.

We do not provide a dog bed as such as most guests prefer to bring their own. We do not provide dog food as many dogs prefer their own food, but can provide this if requested.

If you have “outside” dogs we can provide a kennel next to the studio and the charge is $25 per night but the dogs must be tied up in line with good farm practices

Brilliant way to start a holiday

Fabulous property great hosts would have loved to stay longer. Would recommend it to anyone who would like a relaxing time.....think next time will go when a little warmer so can use the pool. My four legged family member loved it too. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful spot.

Private studio holiday

The property is a pool house which is both private and well equipped a ith the added bonus of the magnificant pool. The studio is situated on a land holding and the hosts encourage guests to explore the property which was a delightful experience. We would recomment this option to any couple.

I stayed 2 nights in October. Everything was as expected or even better. Very clean and tidy. Included Wi-Fi Internet and a smart TV so entertainment was well sorted. Great heating (it got to 2 deg C outside). Also included a range of breakfast items. I was able to cook bacon and eggs, toast etc, Nespresso coffee you name it. I felt right at home. I'd love to stay in summer and make use of the enormous pool. All in all, very happy. Ef

Luxury country retreat

The perfect country getaway! Stunning, quiet property with a beautiful studio. Lovely hosts who’ve thought of all the finishing touches and know how to make it feel comfortable. Dogs welcomed with lots of space for walks. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Relaxing Rural Retreat

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful rural studio and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Use of the pool and tennis court are added bonuses but unfortunately the weather was not conducive to us taking advantage of them.

A lovely place to stay.

The property and surrounds are lovely. The cottage is well fitted and comfortable. If you're staying in winter be prepared for some chilly nights. The Orange region has lots to offer - plenty to see and do. We enjoyed our stay, as did Bonnie, our dog. The host's dog, Arthur, is also a treat.

Simply Stunning

The Property was nothing short of amazing, as was Melanie the host , she was just fabulous , such a beautiful lady. Upon arrival Melanie had left us Bacon, Farm eggs, butter, bread, milk, OJ and fruit. The studio was spotlessly clean. Arthur the Kelpie, what a happy fun loving little man he is..any wonder he lives on such a magnificent property with a beautiful mum. When leaving this morning Melanie gave us farm eggs to take home.. 12 out of 10 Thornleigh !!! Thankyou Melanie it was just fabulous. Love to Arthur 💕💕

quiet farm stay close to Orange

Nice little studio, very comfortable and offered everything you need for a stress free weekend. I was there in winter, but still enjoyed sitting in the sun by the pool with a coffee and a book. There are tennis courts as well. Vinyards, orchards, a lake are all close by, as is Orange, if you enjoy browsing and shopping. The hosts are friendly, easygoing and helpful. My dog was allowed inside, but had to be on leash outside because of the farm animals, which was no problem for me, as we went for walks together anyway.

Little Piece of Heaven

Melanie was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. Stunning property, with well maintained gardens and home comforts in the summerhouse for our stay. There is a great lap pool if you fancy a dip. Plenty of wineries a short distance away. We will be back!!!!

The location was just gorgeous: surrounded by lush farmland, yet only 10 minutes into Orange The accommodation was very welcoming and comfortable The host was also welcoming and attentive. Covid lockdown occurred during our stay necessitating an abrupt end to our stay. This was well handled by our host and no hassle receiving a refund. Thank you: we will stay again sometime in the future when there is more certainty

Stylish Studio in Stunning Surrounds

Although a very brief stay we enjoyed every minute and would love to return to make use of all the wonderful amenities such as the pool and tennis court. The gardens are stunning and the position so peaceful. Melanie was a lovely, welcoming host who even supplied us with freshly baked Anzac biscuits on our arrival. We make regular trips to the Orange area so hope to return soon.

Our weekend exploring Orange & surrounds

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Borenore. It was a in lovely country setting just outside of Orange. The modern studio apartment was comfortable, well equipped & our host was very friendly & accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to those exploring this area.
