In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-story townhouse layout, and majestic lagoon views. The villa is about a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The first floor of the villa, showcasing lagoon views from nearly every corner, hosts the main living areas. The open living room offers a sectional sofa, two side chairs, and a wall-mounted TV. Overlooking the lagoon and golf course, the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation meals. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The sunroom, located in the villa's rear, offers generously sized windows framing the lagoon, a comfortable sofa with an ottoman, and a chic side chair.

The primary bedroom, located upstairs, has a king-sized bed, access to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a spacious en suite bathroom with his-and-hers vanities and a gorgeous, tiled shower. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and spacious vanity. The final bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

In addition to the private balcony off the primary bedroom, the villa also has a first-floor deck. This deck showcases uninterrupted views of the beautiful lagoon and has bistro table with seating for two. A lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or sip a cocktail, guests will surely enjoy spending time on the deck.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Perfect Getaway

I would highly recommend this property to anyone. This was our first time staying on the island and the property is breathtaking. Convenient to the beach with exceptional views of the course. The property layout and decor give you a vacation feel and bedrooms are separate for privacy. Definitely plan to visit again!!!

Great location and view

Can't beat the location close to the beach and pond overlook. The sunroom was our favorite spot. Some of the furnishings and appointments needed maintenance or improvements (e.g., shades, lamps, >4 chairs at kitchen table). We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, needs renovation

We have stayed in various Turtle Point condos before as well as other locations on the island. While the rental agency was very responsive to our messages and accommodating where they could be, this unit needs help. There is a mold problem with clear evidence of black stains and bubbling paint on the walls. The place smelled of mold when we arrived and had also not been cleaned properly. The rental agency sent in cleaners while we were there and also refunded us some of the price. The second floor AC control until failed while we were there and the rental agency was able to promptly fix it. There were also other areas where the unit was in disrepair. It could be great but needs a serious renovation.

Awesome Property

We rented this property for a wedding weekend in Kiawah. It was the perfect location - literally mere minutes from the beach. We used bikes to get everywhere. Location was awesome, the home was perfect and beautiful and we had such a relaxing weekend.
