Enjoy the pristine views and watch the sunset over Lake Tahoe. Then gather with friends and family on both the front and back decks after a day exploring the easily accessible hiking trails or ski/snowboard runs on one of the nearby slopes.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.

Northstar Ski Resort and Diamond Peak Ski Resort being just 15-minutes away.
After entering the home, the first floor opens to two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The first of these bedrooms has a twin over double bunk bed with a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and Roku). The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bed.

The second floor opens to the large, open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Also on the second floor is the master bedroom with an en suite. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, cute electric fireplace and desk; perfect for working remotely.

The living room is rustic cabin decor meets functional amenities. Make your way into the living room featuring an L-shaped sectional sofa, a remote controlled electric fireplace, and a HD flat-screen smart TV with Netflix, Roku, and more (don't forget to bring your own login).

Gorgeous wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances highlight the fully equipped kitchen! Keep the cook company at the 4-person breakfast bar as they create a culinary feast for the group. Set the dinner table for six and enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family.

There is also a one car garage available for use that will shelter your car from the snow and spare you from scraping windshields in the morning.

Fabulous!

Our family group of five adults and one infant stayed comfortably in this wonderful house. We loved the big kitchen with lots of counter space to accommodate several of us cooking and doing food prep at the same time. The L-Shaped sofa in the living room fit all five of us comfortably as we settled in to watch a movie on the big screen TV. Beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough. The house is simply but tastefully decorated. Although it is located close to the beach, because of the excessive rocks there, we ended up driving to the Sandy beach across the highway from Safeway. No big deal. As advertised, there is no central air conditioning in this house. With the late July high temps, it did get a bit warm inside in the late afternoons, but it cooled down at night, and was helped by the portable fans which we found in the closets of every bedroom. We appreciated having them. Yes, the carpet was a little worn, and in the downstairs hallway there were a few stains… but overall, the house was clean and well cared for. I had a few conversations with MG, the property manager (just little questions.) MG was easily reached, and super helpful. Overall, We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would absolutely stay there again!

Great house/clean/updated

The house is a great house. Well stocked with all the essentials. Only drawback is no AC. The area is convenient to the beach and shops/dining. It is in a more residential/apartment populated location so you do hear street noise from the apartment complex (music/kids/cars). Nothing that the property manager can control but is relevant if looking for a more isolated stay.

Very Good experience

The house was very clean, cozy and cute. I usually worry about vacation houses that have carpet smelling, but the house had no smell. It was extremely clean. You can tell that the host had planned the items in the house very carefully. All of our needs were met and we all enjoyed staying at the house.
